How to Create an Integration Flow between HRMOS Attendance and Discord

To connect HRMOS Attendance and Discord to Yoom, you will perform a My App integration.
By completing the My App registration first, you can smoothly set up automation.

Step 1: Integrate HRMOS Attendance and Discord with My App

First, let's register HRMOS Attendance with My App.
Access the My App menu on the left side of the Yoom screen and click the new connection button on the right side of the screen.

Next, enter HRMOS Attendance in the search window and select "HRMOS Attendance" from the displayed options.

Then, access HRMOS Attendance and proceed with the input according to the displayed content.

After that, access HRMOS Attendance, obtain the access token, and set and add the account name and access token as follows.

Once the input is complete, click "Add".

HRMOS Attendance will be displayed on the My App screen of Yoom.

Next, register Discord with My App.

Just like the My App registration for HRMOS Attendance, click "New Connection" on the right side of the screen.
A search window will appear, enter Discord, and click on the displayed Discord option.

Clicking on Discord will bring up a screen like the image below.

Enter the necessary information according to the content and click complete.

Once the integration is complete, Discord will be displayed in Yoom's My App.

This completes the My App integration of freee HR and Discord.
Let's move on to the next step!

Step 2: Copy the Template

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

The template will be copied, so click the "OK" button at the bottom right.

Step 3: Set Actions

The following screen will appear, click "Get Time Stamp Data" within the red frame.

The following screen will appear, confirm that it is the HRMOS attendance account to be linked this time, and click "Next".

Next, the API connection settings screen will appear.
Open HRMOS attendance and enter the necessary information.

Once the input is complete, click "Test".
If the test is successful, click "Save" and proceed to the next step.

The screen for selecting the linked account and action will appear,

Confirm that the red frame is the account to be linked this time, and click the "Next" button.

Next, the API connection settings will be displayed.
Enter the required fields.

In the "Message Content", you can mention an individual user with "@USER_ID".
To mention all members, enter "@everyone".

When you click on the message content, "Output" will appear at the bottom of the screen within the red frame.
Select the necessary items from "Output" to easily input information.

In this example, we set it to mention everyone and notify the flow bot's start time and time stamp information retrieval.

Once the input is complete, click the "Test" button,

If "Test Successful" is displayed, scroll down and click "Save".

This completes the action setting for Discord message notifications.

Next is the final step!

Step 4: Turn ON the Trigger

Finally, click "Turn ON Trigger" to complete the automation settings.

Check if the flow bot starts correctly.

If set correctly, a message will be delivered to Discord!
