The solution to the HR personnel's concern of being overwhelmed by time-consuming tasks like attendance management and clock-in verification is automation using HRMOS Attendance and Google Chat.
By implementing automation that notifies Google Chat of missed clock-ins from the previous day in HRMOS Attendance, employees can respond quickly.
As a result, there will be no need to rush to correct unmodified data before payroll calculation, and accurate data can be maintained.
If missed clock-ins occur during monthly payroll calculations, HR personnel will be required to respond promptly.
However, by integrating HRMOS Attendance with Google Chat and automating the process, employees can be notified of missed clock-ins from the previous day on the following day.
For example, it will no longer be necessary to check a large amount of unmodified data before the end-of-month payroll deadline, reducing the burden on HR personnel.
Additionally, by correcting missed clock-ins early, smooth labor management may be achieved.
Even if a missed clock-out occurs the previous day, automation with HRMOS Attendance and Google Chat allows employees to make corrections the next day.
This eliminates the worry of reaching the end-of-month payroll deadline without noticing missed clock-ins.
Therefore, the risk of errors occurring during payroll calculation can be avoided.
Even with such a simple management system, accurate data maintenance becomes possible, making it recommended for small businesses and companies with a small number of employees.
The automatic notification of attendance omissions using Google Chat helps strengthen communication between employees and managers.
For example, since missed clock-in information in HRMOS Attendance is notified to Google Chat, managers will find it easier to grasp missed clock-ins.
Moreover, the step of informing employees about missed clock-ins from the manager's side is eliminated, freeing managers from the hassle of checking each individual's attendance data.
We will introduce the automation method using Yoom by integrating HRMOS Attendance with Google Chat.

1. This is a flow where employee information registered in Notion is automatically added to HRMOS Attendance.
Every time an employee is registered in Notion, there is no need to manually input it into HRMOS Attendance.
By referencing employee data from Notion, input errors are prevented, allowing for accurate registration.
2. This is a flow that automatically updates HRMOS attendance when employee information is updated in Google Sheets.
You can automatically reflect updates to employee data in Google Sheets in HRMOS attendance.
Even if you don't notice the data update, it will be automatically updated, allowing you to obtain the latest data.
3. This is a flow where a new user is automatically registered in HRMOS Attendance by searching for an employee in HRMOS when an email is received.
By registering a new employee in HRMOS Attendance upon receiving an email, you can reduce the time spent on input and management.
