Step 1: Integrate HubSpot and Gmail with My Apps

First, integrate HubSpot and Gmail with My Apps.
After logging into Yoom, click "My Apps" on the left side of the screen and proceed with the setup from "+ New Connection".

Next, search for HubSpot and click on it.

Sign in on the next page.

If a verification code is sent, please check the inbox of your registered email.

Finally, select the account to connect with Yoom, and the integration of HubSpot with My Apps is complete.

Next, search for Gmail and click on it.

Click "Sign in with Google".

Select the account to use or sign in from "Use another account".

When "Login to Yoom" is displayed, click "Next".

Grant access on the next page.
Click the checkbox under "Select the information Yoom can access" and click "Continue" at the bottom right of the screen.
This completes the integration of Gmail with My Apps.

Next, proceed with the setup using the Flowbot template. Log in to Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.

When "Template copied!" is displayed, click "OK" to complete the copy.

Step 2: Set the Trigger

Next, set the trigger in HubSpot. Click "Launch from Contact Details Page."

Since we will set the trigger using a Chrome extension, please add the Yoom Chrome extension from here in advance.

After installing the Chrome extension, scroll through the page to edit the title and verify account information.
Do not change the "Action when launching from extension" and click "Next."

On the next page, configure the HubSpot information retrieval settings.
Enter a test contact page in the "Launch Page URL Sample."

For this example, a test contact page like the one in the image was entered in the "Launch Page URL Sample."
After entering, click "Test" to verify if the information from the contact page you just entered can be retrieved.

If the information is displayed in the output, the test is successful.
Click "Save" to proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Set the Action

Next, set the action for Gmail. Click "Send Email."

As before, edit the title as desired and verify account information, then scroll down the page.

Set the email content.
Click the "To" field and select "Email Address" from the displayed output data.
Similarly, click the "Body" field and select any items you wish to add to the template email from the displayed output data.
Change the "Subject" as desired to match the email content.
You can also click "+ Add Attachment" to set files you wish to attach to the template email.
Once all fields are set, click "Next" and perform a test email send on the next page.
If the email send is confirmed, click "Save."

Click "Turn Trigger ON" to complete the flow activation setup.
Now, when a new lead is registered in HubSpot, a template email will be automatically sent via Gmail.
