Select the trigger activation interval.
Note: Depending on the plan, you may not be able to select the activation interval.

Once you have set the activation interval, create a test contact in HubSpot.


Click "Test" to output the contact information you just created, then save the settings after confirming.

Step 3: Registering Leads in Hot Profile

Next, click on the "Register Lead" item.

As before, this page is already set up.
You can change the title as you like.
Confirm that the action is selected as "Register Lead" and proceed to the next step.

Enter the company ID where you want to register the lead information.
Other than the company ID, the information is already set, so no changes are needed.

It is set up to automatically register the information of "Last Name", "First Name", "Phone Number", "Email Address", and "Mobile Phone Number" from the contact created in HubSpot to the lead in Hot Profile.

If there is other information you want to automatically retrieve, set it as shown in the image above.
How to automatically retrieve the last name: Click inside the box and click "Last Name" within "When a new contact is created".
If {{Last Name}} is displayed in the box, it's OK!

Once the setup is complete, perform a test and click "Save" if the output is retrieved.

Step 4: Turn ON the Trigger

With this, the flow is complete! The image above will be displayed, so select "Turn ON Trigger".
