How to Create a HubSpot and Intercom Integration Flow

・Integrate HubSpot and Intercom with My Apps
・Copy the template
・Set a trigger in HubSpot and an action in Intercom
・Turn on the trigger to complete the flow setup

If you are registered with Yoom, please log in. If not, please register for free and proceed with the setup.

Step 1: Integrate HubSpot and Intercom with My Apps

First, integrate HubSpot and Intercom with My Apps.
After logging into Yoom, click on My Apps on the left side of the screen and proceed with the setup from +New Connection.

Next, search for and click on HubSpot.

Sign in on the next page.

If a verification code is sent, please check the inbox of your registered email address.

Finally, select the account to connect with Yoom to complete the HubSpot My Apps integration.

Next, search for and click on Intercom.

Enter the account name and access token, and click "Add" to complete the My Apps integration.
Next, use the Flow Bot template to proceed with the setup.
Log in to Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.

"Template has been copied!" will be displayed, so click "OK" to complete the copy.

Step 2: Set the Trigger

Next, set the trigger in HubSpot.
Click "Launch from contact details page".

Since we will set the trigger using a Chrome extension this time, please add the Yoom Chrome extension from here in advance.

After installing the Chrome extension, scroll down the page to edit the title and check the account information.
Do not change "Action when launching from extension" and click "Next".

On the next page, set up the information retrieval settings for HubSpot.
Enter a test contact page in the "Sample URL of launch page".

This time, we entered the test contact page from the image into the "Sample URL of launch page".
Click "Test" to check if the information from the entered contact page can be retrieved.

If the information is displayed in the output, the test is successful.
Click "Save" to proceed.

Step 3: Set the Action

Next, set the action in Intercom.
Click "Create Contact".

As before, edit the title as desired and check the account information, then proceed by clicking "Next" without changing the action.

Set up the new contact to be created.
You can choose either User or Lead for "Contact Type".
For other fields, click the field and select from the displayed options.
After setting each field, click "Test" to check if a new contact is created.
If there are no issues, click "Save".

Click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the preparation for flow operation.
This will automatically register the customers specified in HubSpot as contacts in Intercom.
