How to Create a Connection Flow between HubSpot, Stripe, and LINE Official Account

The process to complete the flow will proceed as follows:

・Connect HubSpot, Stripe, and LINE Official Account to My Apps
・Copy the template
・Check the Chrome extension trigger and set up Stripe, followed by setting up each operation for the LINE Official Account
・Turn on the trigger and confirm the actual activation

Now, let's proceed with the new connection of the apps to be linked.

・Connect HubSpot, Stripe, and LINE Official Account to My Apps

(1) First, connect HubSpot to My Apps.
After logging into your Yoom account, click "My Apps" on the left column and search for HubSpot from "New Connection".

Search for and click on the HubSpot app icon.

(2) Clicking the app icon will take you to a screen like the one above. If you already have an account, click [Sign in to HubSpot Account].
(If you need to create a new account, select [Create a New HubSpot Account] and create an account.)

(3) Click [Sign in to HubSpot Account] and proceed to the screen where you enter your email address and then your password.
After entering your password, you will receive an authentication code, so complete the authentication.

(4) After authentication, you will move to a screen like the one above, so select the relevant account.
Select the account with the blue circle as indicated by the red frame and click [Select Account].
The first HubSpot connection is now complete.

(5) Next, connect the Stripe app.
Select Stripe in the same way as registering HubSpot to My Apps.

(6) Enter the "Account Name" and "Access Token" for the Stripe you want to connect and click [Add].

・Stripe is an app available only on the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections set in the flow bot will result in errors, so please be careful.
・Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are subject to restrictions.

(7) After registering Stripe to My Apps, proceed to connect the LINE Official Account app.
Search for the LINE Official Account and select the app name.

(8) Enter the "Account Name" and "Access Token" for the LINE Official Account you want to connect and click [Add].

After clicking, you will move to the My Apps screen of your Yoom account with the three apps added.
Now, the three apps are connected to your Yoom account.

・Copy the Template

After confirming that the new connection of the target apps to your Yoom account is complete, click the icon for "Try this template" below.

The template will be copied, so click the "OK" button.

Move to the "My Projects" screen of your Yoom account and check the template content.

There are three setup flows.

・Check the Chrome Extension Trigger

(1) First, check the Chrome extension that will be the trigger.

From "My Projects" on the left side of the Yoom account screen, click "【Copy】Create a payment link from HubSpot for Stripe and send it via the official LINE account".

After clicking, the template content will be displayed as shown in the screen below.

(2) Click on the "Launch from Deal Detail Page" icon of the Chrome extension, which is the first action.

(3) The red part of the above image states "Install the Chrome extension from here".

If you haven't installed the Chrome extension, you can do so from here.

(4) After completing the Chrome extension settings, enter the account information to link with HubSpot and click [Next].

(5) Obtain and enter the URL of the launch page.
After entering, press [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Save].

In this step, it is possible to obtain information pre-stored in HubSpot as output.
(The following image shows information such as "Recipient User ID", "Quantity", and "Price ID" pre-stored in HubSpot and obtained as output as an example.)
The output information can be quoted and utilized in the subsequent steps, as noted in "This value can be used in other operations."

※ The extension can also be installed from the upper right of the template.

・Stripe Settings

(1) Next, click the second action "Create Payment Link".

(2) Enter the account information to be linked and click [Next].

(3) On the next screen, enter the "Price ID" and "Quantity" fields.
You can also utilize the obtained output as shown in the screen below.

(4) The item "Allow customers to adjust quantity" can be selected from the dropdown.



(5) After entering the information, click [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Save].

・LINE Official Account Settings

(1) Finally, click the third action "Send Text Message".

(2) Enter the account information to be linked and click [Next].

(3) On the next screen, enter the "Recipient User ID" and "Message" fields.

(4) After entering the information, click [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Save].
This completes the setup.

・Turn ON the Trigger

By clicking the red frame part "Turn ON the Trigger" on the screen below, the flow bot will start automatically.
