Step 1: Connect Intercom, Dify, and Discord to My Apps

First, connect Bubble and Airtable to My Apps.
After logging into Yoom, click "My Apps" on the left side of the screen and search for Intercom from "+ New Connection".

Set any name you like for "Account Name" (e.g., Admin Account).
Set the "Access Token" with the Bot token obtained from the Discord Developer Portal.
Once all settings are complete, click "Add". This completes the connection to My Apps.

Step 2: Set Intercom Trigger

Set the trigger for Intercom. Click "When a new conversation is created".

Next, check the account information to be linked with Intercom. You can freely edit the title, but do not change the trigger action, and click "Next".

Configure the API connection settings for the app trigger.

For "user", enter a half-width numeric value (any identifier) as per the annotation.
Once the settings are complete, click "Test".

Check the output content and click "Save".

Next, set the action for Discord. Click "Send Message".

Edit the title as desired and check the account information, then click "Next" to proceed.

Configure the API connection and message settings.
For "Channel ID", refer to the annotation and set it by quoting from the target channel URL.
The "Message Content" can be edited as desired. The message set this time includes the message content from Intercom and the response content from Dify.
As noted in the annotation, you can mention a user by setting it in the format <@USER_ID>.
Once the settings are complete, click "Test" to check if the message is sent to the specified channel on Discord.
If there are no issues, click "Save".

Click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the preparation for flow operation.
