How to Create a Flow for Integrating KING OF TIME and Microsoft Excel

(2) Follow the displayed content, enter "Account Name" and "Access Token", and click [Add].
The first connection to KING OF TIME is now complete.

(3) Next, integrate the Microsoft Excel app.
Select Microsoft Excel in the same way as registering KING OF TIME with My Apps.

(4) After clicking the Microsoft Excel app icon, you will transition to the sign-in screen, but if you are logged into your Microsoft365 account, no further action is needed, and the connection will be completed as is. (If not logged in, please click the account you wish to connect.)

・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has plans for home use and general business use (Microsoft365 Business), and if you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.

If the settings are done correctly, you will be redirected to the My Apps screen of your Yoom account.
Now, both apps are connected to your Yoom account.

・Copy the Template

After confirming that the new connection of the target app to your Yoom account is complete, click the icon for "Try this template" below.

The template will be copied, so click the "OK" button.

Move to the "My Projects" screen of your Yoom account and check the template content.

The setup flow consists of four actions, including branching actions.

・Check Trigger Content

(1) First, check the content of the schedule trigger.

From the left side of the Yoom account screen, click "【Copy】Add last month's attendance information to Microsoft Excel every month in KING OF TIME" from My Projects.

After clicking, the template content will be displayed as shown in the screen below.

(2) Click on the trigger "When it becomes 9 AM on the 1st of every month".

(3) As an example, we have set it to "Operate at 9 AM on the 1st of every month".
You can customize the content by changing the date and time, so set it according to your operation.

(4) After checking the settings or changing them as desired, click [Save].

・KING OF TIME Settings

(1) Next, click on the second action "Get a list of monthly attendance data".

(2) Enter the account information to be linked and click [Next].

(3) In the fields where you set date and time information such as "Year and Month", click the input bar to quote and set information from [Date] as shown in the screen below.
If you want to set "Last Month", click the arrow for "Last Month" under [Date] and select the desired information from the expanded options.

(4) For "Affiliation Code", click the input bar as shown in the screen below, and the content based on the account information will be expanded as 'Candidates', which you can quote.

(5) After entering the information, click [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Save].
In this step, you can obtain the following information as output.
The output information can be quoted and utilized in the subsequent steps, as noted by "This value can be used in other operations."

・Check Loop Action

(1) The third loop action is already set.
Click "Command Operation" and check the settings.

(2) As shown in the screen below, this template specifies the first 'List of Employee Identification Keys', the second 'List of Total Work Counts', and the third 'List of Weekday Work Counts' as the repeat targets for the output of "Operation: Get a list of monthly attendance data" → "Output".

Please set "Operation" and "Output" as needed according to the situation.
(Up to 15 repeat target outputs can be set.)

(3) After checking the settings or changing them as desired, click [Save].

※ The "Repeat the same process" operation is a function (operation) available in plans above the team plan. In the case of the free plan, the operation of the flow bot being set will result in an error, so please be careful.

・Microsoft Excel Settings

(1) Finally, click on the fourth action "Add a record".

(2) After entering the information of the Microsoft Excel account you want to link, scroll down and fill in the "Database Integration" section.
You can quote information from the linked account as shown in the image below.
(For example, quoting the drive ID from the file storage location.)

(3) "Item Name" and other information can also be quoted.
After entering the fields, click [Next].

(4) On the next screen, set to add a new record to the specified table in Microsoft Excel.
Enter the fields for "Values of the record to be added".
As shown in the screen below, the obtained output can also be utilized.


(5) After entering the information, click [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Save].
This completes the setup.

・Turn on Trigger

A display indicating that all settings are complete will appear, so click "Turn on Trigger".
