Step 1: My Apps Integration

Integrating My Apps first will make the subsequent settings proceed smoothly.
First, let's integrate your kintone with Yoom.
Select My Apps → New Connection from the left side of the Yoom page.


Search for kintone.
Check the My Apps registration method
and proceed with the integration.

Step 2: Set Triggers and Actions

This time, we will proceed using the following template.

Open the template page and click on 'Try this template'.
If you are using Yoom, please log in, and if you are new, please register.
Proceed, and the template will be automatically copied to your workspace.
Change the template name as needed.
Click on My Projects on the left to see the template you just copied.
Click on the ellipsis (...) on the right and select Edit.

Let's set up the app trigger.
Select "When a record is edited (Webhook trigger)".
The title can be changed as needed.
Check the account information to be linked and proceed.
Refer to this article to set up the Webhook event reception settings for the app trigger on the following screen.

Once the reception settings are complete, edit the kintone record.
This time, we changed the last name from "Sato" to "Tanaka".

Return to the flowbot settings and test.
If successful and the kintone record information is reflected in the output, save it.
Next, click on "Retrieve Record".
Since we will be linking the database, select from the output as follows.
