Now, let's get started together!

Step 1: Connect kintone and BASE to My Apps

(1) After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left column and click "+ New Connection".

(2) From the list of new connections in My Apps, click on kintone.
(3) The new registration screen for kintone will appear, so enter the subdomain, client ID, and client secret in the three fields, and click Add.

(4) The following content will appear, so check it and click Allow if there are no issues.

(4) Next, connect to BASE. Similarly, click on BASE from the new connection list in Yoom.
(3) The following screen will appear, so enter your email address and password with your account, and click "Authenticate App".

Once the connection is complete, kintone and BASE will be registered in Yoom's My Apps.

This completes the My Apps registration.
Next, let's set up triggers using templates!

Step 2: Edit kintone Records

(1) We will use the template introduced earlier. Click "Try it" on the banner below to copy it.

Click on "When a record is edited (Webhook trigger)" in the app trigger.

(2) From the "Select Integration Account and Action" screen in kintone, verify that there are no errors in the account information to be integrated with kintone, keep the trigger action as "When a record is edited (Webhook trigger)" and click "Next".

(3) From the "Webhook Event Reception Settings for App Trigger" screen, copy the Webhook URL and configure it in the kintone admin screen.

Once the settings are complete, click "Test" and if no errors occur, click "Save".

Step 3: Retrieve Records by Integrating with kintone

(1) Next, retrieve records by integrating with kintone.
Click "Retrieve Records".

(2) From the "Database Integration" screen in kintone, verify that there are no errors in the account information to be integrated with kintone, and keep the execution action as "Retrieve Records".
Select the app ID from the candidates.

Once the input is complete, click "Next".
(3) From the "Detailed Settings for Database Operations" screen, select the conditions for the records you want to retrieve from the output.

Once the selection is complete, click "Test" and if no errors occur, click "Save".

Step 4: Update Product Information by Integrating with BASE

(1) Next, update product information by integrating with BASE.
Click "Update Product Information".

(2) From the "Select Integration Account and Action" screen in BASE, verify that there are no errors in the account information to be integrated with BASE, keep the action as "Update Product Information" and click "Next".

(3) From the "API Connection Settings" screen, select the product ID from the output.
The following are not mandatory fields. Please enter the necessary fields.

Once the input is complete, click "Test" at the bottom, and if no errors occur, click "Save".
(4) All settings are now complete!
Finally, click "Turn ON Trigger" to automatically start the flow.
