Copy the webhook URL and set it in the LINE WORKS management screen.
Send a webhook event (when a message is sent to a chat room) and save it after testing.

Click "Extract data from text".
This screen is already set, so click "Next" as it is.
For the target text, select and embed the "Text Body" item obtained from LINE WORKS from the output.
Enter the items you want to extract from the text, separated by commas (,).
After entering, test and save. Step 4: Set to add a task in Asana
Click on the Asana icon "Add Task". Check if there are any errors in the account information to be linked, enter the required items, and click "Next". Next, set the details of the task to be added. The data (output) returned by the system is reflected in each item.

Select the Project ID and Section ID, then click "Test" to check for errors.
If the test is successful, all settings are complete with "Save". Step 5: Turn ON the trigger button
When the creation of the flow bot is completed, the display as shown above will appear.
The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.
