Integrate LINE WORKS with Salesforce to register activity history in Salesforce when a message is posted on LINE WORKS.

t.aizawa

As a means to solve the challenges of improving the efficiency of the sales team and sharing information, we recommend integrating LINE WORKS with Salesforce!
Building a system where the entire team can share information while properly managing daily business negotiations and customer response records will contribute to the success of sales activities. However, don't you often think, "Isn't there a more efficient way?" due to manual input and sharing errors?
This article will explain in detail the specific benefits and integration methods that can be obtained by introducing this integration.

Recommended for

  • Companies looking for an environment where business negotiation details and meeting minutes can be shared in a timely manner with LINE WORKS and can be easily referenced by anyone
  • Those who find manual input into Salesforce cumbersome and are looking for a system that allows easy registration of history
  • Sales representatives who want to prevent forgetting to register activity history in their busy work and want to leave a reliable record

Benefits and Examples of Integrating LINE WORKS and Salesforce

Benefit 1: Smooth Information Sharing Across the Sales Team

Isn't information sharing across the entire team very important in the sales field?
By posting meeting minutes and customer response records on LINE WORKS, which are automatically registered in Salesforce, information is centralized. This system allows representatives to share information in real-time.
For example, if there are special requests or urgent feedback from a customer during a business negotiation, simply posting it on the LINE WORKS channel allows the entire team to immediately understand the content. This process eliminates the need to share via email later or create documents, leading to efficient information transmission.

Benefit 2: Reducing the Burden of Manual Input into Salesforce

To register activity history in Salesforce, sales representatives need to log in each time and manually record the content. This task can be a significant burden, especially for representatives who are often out in the field.
However, by using LINE WORKS, simply posting activity content on a dedicated channel automatically reflects the record in Salesforce, reducing the burden of manual input.
For example, by posting a memo on LINE WORKS from a smartphone while on the go, the activity history in Salesforce is updated, saving the trouble of entering records after returning to the office.

Benefit 3: Preventing Record Omissions

Customer response records are fundamental to sales activities, but don't you think record omissions are likely to occur in a busy environment?
By introducing this integration, the content posted on LINE WORKS is automatically registered in Salesforce, helping to prevent record omissions. This ensures that customer response history is retained, allowing potential issues to be prevented.
For example, by immediately recording the response content on LINE WORKS after a customer visit, that information is reflected in Salesforce. If you delay recording, there is a risk of forgetting the content or not recording it accurately, but with this system, you can maintain accuracy by registering the response content immediately after the visit.
This accurate record will be useful for preparation for the next visit and maintaining a trust relationship with the customer.
