Step 1: Register LOGILESS and Smaregi as My Apps

Register LOGILESS and Smaregi as My Apps to connect them to Yoom.
By registering My Apps first, automation settings become easier.

First, register LOGILESS as a My App.
Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen.
A list of apps will be displayed, so look for LOGILESS or search for it using "Search by App Name".

The following screen will be displayed, so log in to LOGILESS.

Next, proceed to register Smaregi as a My App.
When the following screen is displayed, optionally set the "Account Name".

The "Contract ID" is listed at the top left of the Smaregi screen, so please check it.
Return to the Yoom screen and set the "Contract ID".

If LOGILESS and Smaregi are displayed in My Apps, the registration is complete.

Step 2: Copy the Template

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

Read the following screen display and click "OK".

The following screen will be displayed, so check the "Title" and "Description".
If you want to make changes, click on the relevant part to modify it.
To set up LOGILESS, click "When the product master is created or updated".

Step 3: Set the LOGILESS trigger as the starting point of the flow and the subsequent Smaregi operation settings

When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

  • "Title" → Can be changed by yourself
  • "Account information linked with LOGILESS" → Check if it is the account you are using
  • "Trigger Action" → When the product master is created or updated

Please check the following setup method.

Next, set the "Trigger Interval" and "Merchant ID".

  • "Trigger Interval" → Choose from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes
    * The trigger interval varies depending on the plan, so please be careful.
  • "Merchant ID" → Set as described

Once set, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Next, to set up Smaregi, click "Register Product Information".
The following screen will be displayed, so check the settings.

  • "Title" → Can be changed by yourself
  • "Account information linked with Smaregi" → Check if it is the account you are using
  • "Action" → Register product information

When the following screen is displayed, set the "Contract ID".
Set the ID confirmed during the My App registration.

Next, set the "Department ID".
Click within the frame to display the options.
Select the relevant Department ID.

Scroll and set the "Product Name".
Select "Product Name_Trigger" from the LOGILESS output.
Click the arrow in the red frame to display the output.

Finally, set the "Product Unit Price".
Use the LOGILESS output as before to set it.
If there are other necessary items, set them and click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Step 4: Turn on the trigger button and check the linkage operation between LOGILESS and Smaregi

Finally, click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the automation setup.
Check if the flow bot starts correctly.
