・Integrate Meta Ads (Facebook) and SendGrid with My App

(1) First, connect Meta Ads (Facebook) to your app.
After logging into your Yoom account, click on "My Apps" on the left panel and search for Meta Ads (Facebook) from "New Connection".

(2) Click on the Meta Ads (Facebook) app icon when it appears.

(3) You will be redirected to the Meta Ads (Facebook) login screen. Enter your email address (or phone number) and password, then click [Login].

(4) On the next screen, select the page you want to link to Yoom and click [Continue].

(5) On the next screen, review the access request and click [Save].

(6) On the "Linked to Yoom" screen, click [OK].


The connection to Meta Ads (Facebook) is now complete.

(7) Next, let's connect SendGrid.
Search for the app in the same way as the new connection for Meta Ads (Facebook).

(8) Enter the "Account Name" and "Access Token", then click [Add].

After clicking, you will be redirected to the My Apps screen of your Yoom account with both apps added.
Both apps are now connected to your Yoom account.

・Copy the Template

After confirming that the new connection of the target app is complete in your Yoom account, click the icon for "Try this template" in the template below.

The template will be copied, so click the "OK" button.

Move to the "My Projects" screen of your Yoom account and check the template content.

There are two setup flows.

・Meta Ads (Facebook) Trigger Setup

(1) First, set up the Meta Ads (Facebook) app trigger.

From the My Projects on the left side of your Yoom account screen, click "【Copy】Add as a contact in SendGrid when a lead is registered in Meta Ads (Facebook)".

After clicking, the template content will be displayed as shown in the screen below.

(2) First, click on "When lead information is created" as the trigger.

(3) Enter the account information to be linked and click [Next].

(4) On the next screen, set the "Trigger Activation Interval" and "Form ID".
Choose any of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes for the "Trigger Activation Interval".
*Note that the trigger activation interval varies depending on the plan.

(5) Set any information for the "Form ID".
(6) After entering the information, click [Test] and if there are no issues, click [Save].
In this step, you can obtain the following information as output.
As noted, "This value can be used in other operations," you can reference and utilize it in subsequent steps.

・SendGrid Setup

(1) Finally, click the second action "Add new contact to contact list".

(2) Enter the account information to be linked with SendGrid and click [Next].

(3) On the next screen, set up the process of adding new contacts to the specified contact list.
Click the input bar to reference the output obtained in the previous step.
(Below is an example referencing the "Email Address" and "Last Name" information obtained in the previous step.)

(4) For the 'List ID' of the "List to Add", click the input bar to expand the information based on the linked account content as "candidates".
Select the information you want to set.

(5) After entering the information, click [Test] and if there are no issues, click [Save].
This completes the setup.

・Turn ON the Trigger

Click the "Turn ON Trigger" in the red frame on the screen below to automatically activate the flow bot.
