It is possible to achieve this by receiving the registration of a lead in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales database using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales API and notifying Chatwork of the lead data registered in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales using the API provided by Chatwork.
Generally, programming knowledge is required to achieve this, but it can be easily realized without programming knowledge by using the no-code tool Yoom.

  • Copy the template
  • Set a trigger in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and set an action in Chatwork
  • Set the trigger to ON and complete the preparation for flow operation

Step 1: Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Chatwork with My Apps

First, integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Chatwork with My Apps.
After logging into Yoom, click on "My Apps" on the left side of the screen and proceed with the settings from "+ New Connection".

Search for and click on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
Note: Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) has both a home plan and a general business plan (Microsoft 365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.

Enter the domain of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and click "Add" to complete the integration with My Apps.

Next, search for and click on Chatwork.

Log in using any method you prefer.

Once you allow the access request, the integration with My Apps is complete.

Proceed with the setup using the Flowbot template.
Log into Yoom and click "Try it out" on the banner below.

A message saying "Template has been copied!" will be displayed, so click "OK" to complete the copy.

Step 2: Set the Trigger

Next, set the trigger for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. Click on "When a lead is created".

Next, check the "Account information to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales".
You can freely edit the title, but do not change the trigger action, and click "Next".

You can select the trigger activation interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Note: The shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.
Enter the Dynamics 365 domain in "Domain" and click "Test".

Check the displayed data and if there are no issues, click "Save".

Step 3: Set the Action

Next, set the action for Chatwork. Click on "Notify Chatwork".

As before, freely edit the title, check the account information, do not change the action, and click "Next".

You can obtain and enter the Room ID from the Chatwork room URL, or select from the suggestions displayed when you click the field.
Edit the "Message content" as desired for the notification. You can add items from the suggestions displayed when you click the field. Additionally, you can mention a specific user by writing [To:{Account ID}].

After setting, click "Test" to confirm that the message has been sent, then click "Save".

Click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the preparation for flow operation.
With this, the content added to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales will be automatically notified to Chatwork.
