How to Create a Workflow Integrating Money Forward Cloud Expenses with Microsoft Teams

Step 1: Integrate Money Forward Cloud Expenses with Microsoft Teams in My Apps

First, integrate Money Forward Cloud Expenses with Microsoft Teams in My Apps.
After logging into Yoom, click "My Apps" on the left side of the screen and proceed with the setup from "+ New Connection".

Next, search for and click on Money Forward Cloud Expenses.‍

Finally, click "Add" to complete the My Apps integration.

Next, search for and click on Microsoft Teams.
※Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) has both a home plan and a general business plan (Microsoft 365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.

Select or sign in to your account to complete the My Apps integration.

Next, proceed with the setup using the Flow Bot template.
Log in to Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.

When the message "Template has been copied!" appears, click "OK" to complete the copy.

Click "When an expense application is approved".

After confirming that the message has been sent to Microsoft Teams, click "Save".

Click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the preparation for flow operation.
Now, when an expense application is approved in Money Forward Cloud Expenses, a notification will be automatically sent to Microsoft Teams.
