Step 1: Connect NEXT ENGINE and Airtable with My Apps

First, register NEXT ENGINE and Airtable with My Apps to connect them to Yoom.

1. On the left side of the Yoom management screen, select "My Apps" and click "+New Connection".

2. On the next screen, search and select NEXT ENGINE and Airtable to proceed to the next screen.

・Sign in and select the base or workspace you want to connect from "+Add a base".
Next, click "Grant access" to complete the registration with My Apps.

Step 2: Copy the Template

Copy the template for connecting NEXT ENGINE and Airtable.

1. Open the link below.

2. Click "Try this template" to complete the copy.

Step 3: Setting the Trigger for NEXT ENGINE

Set the trigger action that will start the flow.
In this flow, the trigger activates when inventory information is created in NEXT ENGINE.

1. Select "My Projects" in the Yoom management screen and click "Add to Airtable when inventory information is created in NEXT ENGINE [Copy]".

2. Click "App Trigger When Inventory Information is Created".

4. Set the trigger activation interval and perform a test.
* Trigger activation intervals are available at 5, 10, 15, 30, and 60 minutes, and the selectable times vary depending on the plan. The flow bot activates once per selected interval after confirming the trigger action in the app. If you want to reflect inventory information immediately, a shorter interval setting is recommended.

5. If the test is successful, the information obtained from NEXT ENGINE will be displayed in the output.
If there are no issues, save it.

Step 4: Setting Airtable

Finally, set up the registration of inventory information obtained from NEXT ENGINE to Airtable.

1. Click "Create Record to Integrate with App".

2. Verify the account linked with Airtable and click "Next".
* Other items are set by default.

3. Set the Base ID, Table ID or Name, and Field Information, and perform a test.
* Directly input the Airtable field names for the field names. For values, click the frame and select the relevant item from "When Inventory Information is Created" in the output that appears. (Values are displayed in double brackets)
* If there are multiple Airtable fields where you want to register inventory information, click "+ Add Field Information" to add them.

4. If the test is successful, the inventory information will be added to Airtable.
If there are no issues, save it.

5. When the trigger is turned ON, information will be automatically added to Airtable each time inventory information is created in NEXT ENGINE.
