How to Create a Flow for Integrating NEXT ENGINE and Microsoft Excel
The flow to integrate NEXT ENGINE and Microsoft Excel using Yoom proceeds through the following four processes.
- Register NEXT ENGINE and Microsoft Excel as My Apps
- Copy the template
- Set up the trigger for NEXT ENGINE, which serves as the starting point of the flow, followed by the settings for Microsoft Excel
- Turn on the trigger button and verify the integration between NEXT ENGINE and Microsoft Excel
Step 1: Integrate NEXT ENGINE and Microsoft Excel as My Apps
First, register NEXT ENGINE and Microsoft Excel as My Apps in Yoom to integrate them.
1. In the Yoom management screen, select "My Apps" on the left side and click "+New Connection".

2. In the subsequent screen, search for NEXT ENGINE and Microsoft Excel respectively and proceed to the next screen.
For NEXT ENGINE

・Enter the "NEXT ENGINE Company ID" and click "Add" to complete the registration in My Apps.

For Microsoft Excel
※ Microsoft 365 (formerly Office365) has both personal and business plans (Microsoft 365 Business). Depending on your environment (if you are not subscribed to the business plan), authentication may not work properly, so please be aware.

・After signing in, click "Agree" on the following screen to complete the registration in My Apps.

Step 2: Copy the Template
Copy the template for integrating NEXT ENGINE and Microsoft Excel.
