Benefits of Integrating Notion and AKASHI

Benefit 1: Streamlined HR Management through Data Synchronization

When you update employee information in Notion, it is automatically reflected in AKASHI, allowing managers to avoid duplicate entries and manual updates across multiple systems.

This prevents errors and omissions from manual entry, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of HR management. For instance, if there is a change in position or department, entering it once in Notion automatically reflects it in AKASHI, eliminating the need for data verification or correction between different systems. This allows managers to always utilize the latest HR information without hassle, leading to smoother management operations.

Moreover, the integration maintains data consistency, leading to HR decision-making based on accurate data, reducing workload and improving management precision.

Benefit 2: Enhanced Responsiveness by Securing Necessary Information in Emergencies

By integrating Notion and AKASHI, when important employee information such as emergency contacts or addresses is updated, it is reflected in AKASHI, enhancing the reliability of data prepared for disasters or unexpected situations.

This system provides a foundation for quickly verifying necessary employee information during disasters or when urgent contact is needed. For example, emergency contacts are automatically updated, allowing for swift and accurate safety checks of employees on business trips or working remotely. It provides peace of mind to both employees and managers, strengthening the organization's overall risk management system, thus supporting the safety of the entire organization. This integration is expected to enhance emergency responsiveness and establish a foundation for flexible handling of unpredictable situations.

After checking the account information, proceed to the next step to set the trigger activation interval.

The trigger activation interval can be selected from 5 to 60 minutes depending on the plan you are subscribed to.
It checks for updates to the Notion database at the set interval, so choose one that suits your business needs.

After specifying the ID you want to check in the database, temporarily update the information on the database for testing purposes.

Then click "Test" to obtain the output.
