This time, we will follow the steps below.
Let's set it up together!
- Integrate Notion and board with My App.
- Copy the template "Add to board when a supplier is registered in Notion".
- Trigger: Set "When a page in a specific database is created or updated" in Notion.
- Set "Retrieve Record (ID Search)" in board for "Supplier Registration".
- Set "Update Record (ID Search)" in Notion, turn on the trigger, and you're done.
Step 1: My App Integration
Integrating with My App first will make the subsequent setup smoother.
First, let's integrate the Notion and Yoom you are using.
Select My App → New Connection from the left side of the Yoom page.

Please search for Notion.
Once logged in, please check the page you want to access.
(In the subsequent database integration, the page you want to add may not be displayed.)
This time, we will use a page called 1101test, so check it and allow access.

Next, integrate the board.
The following screen will also appear, so please refer to this help to set it up.
This time, Flowbot will use the API, but it is only available with an account that has a paid subscription to the board. (Reference Page)
Once Notion and the board are displayed in My App, you're done.
Step 2: Set Triggers and Actions
This time, we will use this template.
Open the template page and click "Try this template".
If you are using Yoom, please log in, or if you are new, please register as a member.
Once completed, the template is automatically copied to your workspace.
The template name can be changed as needed.
Click My Projects on the left to display the template you just copied.
Click the ellipsis (...) on the right and select Edit.

Proceed to the next step, and set the conditions for the record you want to update from the output as follows.

This time, we will only update the board supplier ID, so please set it as follows.

Test this as well, and if successful, save it.
Let's check on the board side.

The supplier has been successfully registered!
Let's check on the Notion side as well.

The supplier ID is also successfully reflected here.
Finally, turn on the app trigger.
Thank you for your hard work on the setup.
Even someone like me who is not familiar with programming was able to set it up easily.
