This time, the steps are as follows.
Let's set it up together!
- Integrate Notion and HRMOS with My Apps.
- Copy the template "Add to HRMOS when employee information is registered in Notion".
- Trigger: Set "When a page in a specific database is created or updated" in Notion.
- Set "Retrieve Record (ID Search)" and "Register Employee" in HRMOS.
- Set "Update Record (ID Search)" in Notion, turn on the trigger, and you're done.
Step 1: My Apps Integration
Integrating My Apps first will make the subsequent setup smoother.
First, let's integrate Notion and Yoom that you are using.
Select My Apps → New Connection from the left side of the Yoom page.

Please search for Notion.
Once logged in, please check the page you want to access.
(This is to display the page you want to add in the subsequent database integration.)

Next, integrate with HRMOS.
Please refer to here for app integration.
If Notion and HRMOS are displayed in My Apps, it's OK.
Step 2: Set Triggers and Actions
This time, we will use this template.
Open the template page and click "Try this template".
If you are using Yoom, please log in, or if you are new, please register as a member.
Once completed, the template is automatically copied to your workspace.
The template name can be changed as needed.
Click My Projects on the left to display the template you just copied.
Click the ellipsis (...) on the right and select Edit.

Let's check on the HRMOS side.

The employee is registered!
Let's also check on the Notion side.

The HRMOS Employee ID is reflected.
Finally, turn on the app trigger.
Thank you for your hard work on the setup.
Even someone like me who is not familiar with programming was able to set it up easily.
