Benefits and Examples of Linking Notion and Misoca
Benefit 1: Save Working Time
To eliminate the hassle of creating quotations, it is recommended to automate by linking Notion and Misoca. For example, you can significantly reduce working time by automatically creating quotations in Misoca based on transaction data registered in Notion. This allows you to allocate the time spent manually creating quotations to other tasks. As a result, the complexity of operating multiple applications when creating quotations is eliminated, allowing you to proceed with work more efficiently.
Benefit 2: Reduce Human Errors
Manual quotation creation involves many steps and is prone to human errors. However, by introducing automation, you can reduce this risk and lessen the burden of confirmation on the person in charge. For example, input errors in quotation data can be prevented, allowing for smooth quotation creation. This allows you to create quotations while maintaining accurate data, potentially improving the accuracy and speed of your work. It is especially useful during busy periods, helping to maintain stable quality while creating quotations.
Benefit 3: Establish a Consistent Workflow
Establishing a consistent workflow can improve work efficiency. For example, by automating the flow of creating quotations in Misoca based on Notion data, you can reduce the workload on employees. This ensures that quotations can be created in the same format regardless of who creates them, preventing inconsistencies in work. Additionally, the flow of quotation creation will not be delayed, preventing omissions or delays in creation. This automation is particularly recommended when there is a need to create multiple quotations simultaneously.
Now, let's explain how to create quotations in Misoca from Notion using the no-code tool Yoom.
[What is Yoom]
How to Create a Linking Flow between Notion and Misoca
Automation can be achieved by receiving quotation data registered in Notion via API and creating quotations using Misoca's API. Generally, programming knowledge is required to achieve this, but with the no-code tool Yoom, it can be easily achieved without programming knowledge.
The linking flow is broadly created through the following processes.
Register Notion and Misoca as My Apps
Copy the template
Set the Notion trigger as the starting point of the flow and configure the subsequent Misoca operations
Turn on the trigger button and verify the linking operation between Notion and Misoca
If you are not using Yoom, please register for free from here. If you are already using Yoom, please log in.
Step 1: Register Notion and Misoca as My Apps
Please register Notion and Misoca as My Apps to connect them to Yoom. By registering them as My Apps in advance, you can easily set up automation.
First, register Notion as a My App. Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen.
A search bar and app list will be displayed, so use either to select Notion.
The following screen will be displayed, so click "Select Page".
When the following screen is displayed, check the page you want to allow access to. After checking, click "Allow Access".
Next, register Misoca as a My App. Search for Misoca in the search bar or find it in the list, just like before. The following screen will be displayed, so log in to Misoca.
Once both My App registrations are complete, Notion and Misoca will be displayed.
Step 2: Copy the Template
To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.
Read the following screen display and click "OK".
When the following screen is displayed, check the "Title" and "Description". If you want to make changes, please do so on the following page. To set up the Yoom Flowbot from the extension while the Notion web page is open, click "Launch from Record Detail Page".
Step 3: Setting the Notion Trigger as the Starting Point of the Flow and the Subsequent Misoca Operation
The following screen will be displayed, so please check the setup method. Check the detailed setup method for the Chrome extension from here. If you haven't installed the Chrome extension, please do so from here.
When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.
"Title" → Editable

I've been working as a writer since my job in child welfare, and I'm currently writing a blog on Yoom.
While being surprised by the work efficiency improvements that can be made with Yoom, I would like to share that excitement with everyone and contribute to society.
I'll tell you about application integration and automation that even I, who has zero programming knowledge, can do.
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
