First, let's register for Yoom.

※ If you have already registered, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.
The integration flow this time is broadly divided into the following processes.
・Integrate Notion and Billing Management Robot with My Apps
・Set up to launch Notion and retrieve data
・Set up to register data to the Billing Management Robot
・Turn on the trigger button and confirm the integration operation between Notion and the Billing Management Robot
First, we will perform the My Apps integration.
Step 1: Integrate Notion and Billing Management Robot with My Apps

Once Yoom registration is complete, the Flowbot template will be copied to "My Projects".
When the display appears as shown in the image, please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left.

Next, click the new connection button in the upper right corner.

Integration of Notion and Yoom
1. Prepare Notion

When integrating Notion and Yoom, it is necessary to prepare Notion at this stage.
<span class="mark-yellow"></span>The following items must be set in the field.<span class="mark-yellow"></span>
・Billing Code
・City
<span class="mark-yellow"・Status (Completed)></span>
This time, when the status is completed, the billing destination data will be registered in the Billing Management Robot.

Therefore, be sure to set the status from the property editing.

Other settings can be configured as desired.
2. Search

Search for Notion and click on the Notion icon.
3. Access Request

The access request will be displayed as shown in the image.
Check and click "Select Page".
4. Select Page

The pages already created in Notion will be displayed.
Select the page you prepared earlier and press "Allow Access".
5. Integration Complete

Return to the Yoom screen, and if the above display appears, the integration is complete.
Integration of Billing Management Robot and Yoom
1. Search

Enter "freee HR" in the search box and click on the freee HR icon.
2. Enter Required Items

Enter the access token according to the contents of the red frame.
The account name can be anything you like. Make it something easy to understand, such as the name of the person in charge or the company name.
<span class="mark-yellow">The access token obtained here will also be used in later settings, so it is recommended to keep it in a state where it can be easily copied.</span>
3. Integration Complete
Once you have entered the information, press the add button in the lower right corner.

If the above display appears, the integration is complete.
Step 2: Set up to Launch Notion
1. Open My Projects

Open "My Projects" from the menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Open the Copied Template
Click on "【Copy】Register as a billing destination in the Billing Management Robot when information is updated in Notion".
3. Select App Trigger

Click on "When a page in a specific database is created or updated" for the Notion icon.
The title and other settings are already complete, so press Next.
4. Set Trigger Activation Interval

Set the activation interval.
The trigger can be set to activate at intervals of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.
5. Enter ID

Enter the database ID.
Enter the ID of the database that manages the data you want to register with the Billing Management Robot.
Follow the notes at the bottom of the box and copy & paste from the Notion URL.
6. Execute Test

Once the input is complete, press the test button.

If the test is successful as shown in the image, it is complete. Click Save.
Step 3: Set up to Retrieve Notion Data
1. Operate the Database

Click on "Retrieve Records (ID Search)" for the Notion icon.
Scroll down.
2. Database Integration

Enter the database ID again. Click the box.

The integrated database will be displayed as shown in the image.
Click on the database that manages the data to be registered in the Billing Management Robot and insert it.

Press Next.
3. Set Conditions for Records to Retrieve

Click the box on the right.

Select the red frame.

Notion data will be displayed as shown in the image.
Click and insert "Object ID" from among them.
4. Execute Test

Once the conditions for the records you want to retrieve are set, press the test button.

If the test is successful as shown in the image, it is complete. Click Save.
Step 3: Command Operation
1. Branching

Click on "Command Operation" for the arrow icon.
Scroll down.
※ Branching is a feature available only in some paid plans.
※ Paid plans offer a 2-week trial.
2. Set Branching Conditions

Since we are using a template, the settings are already complete as shown in the image.

This time, as shown in the red frame, <span class="mark-yellow">the setting is to register data in the Billing Management Robot when the status is completed.</span>
Once confirmed, press Save and proceed to the next step.
Step 4: Set Actions
1. Integrate with Apps

Click on "Register/Update Billing Destination" for the Billing Management Robot icon.
Press Next.
2. Enter Required Items

Transition to the page shown in the image. Enter the required items.

Since the billing code is already set, enter the two inputs in the red frame.

Enter the user ID as per the notes at the bottom of the box.

Next, for the access key, enter the access token used during the My Apps integration.
Once the input is complete, scroll down.
3. Execute Test

Press the test button at the bottom of the page.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the setup is complete. Press Save.
4. Turn on Trigger

Once the Flowbot is created, the display will appear as shown above. The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.
