Now, let's get started together!

Step 1: Connect Notion and freee Accounting to My Apps

(1) After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left column and click "+ New Connection."

(2) From the list of new connections in My Apps, click on Notion.

(3) The following content will appear, click "Select Page."

(4) Check the pages you want to allow and click "Allow Access."

(5) Next, register freee Accounting to My Apps. Similarly, click on freee Accounting from the list of new connections in Yoom.
(6) The start screen for app integration will appear, click "Allow" at the bottom.

Once the integration is complete, Notion and freee Accounting will be registered in Yoom's My Apps.

This completes the My Apps registration.
Next, let's set up triggers using templates!

Step 2: Setting When a Page is Created or Updated in Notion

(1) We will use the template introduced earlier. Click "Try it" on the banner below to copy it.

Click on the app trigger "When a specific database page is created or updated".

(2) From the Notion "Select Integration Account and Action" screen, verify that there are no errors in the account information linked with Notion, keep the trigger action as "When a specific database page is created or updated", and click "Next".

(3) From the "App Trigger API Connection Settings" screen, enter the trigger interval and database ID.
・Trigger Interval: Select from the dropdown menu with intervals of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
・Database ID: Enter directly
※ Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.

Once the input is complete, click "Test", and if no errors occur, click "Save".

Step 3: Retrieve Records by Integrating with Notion

(1) Next, retrieve records by integrating with Notion.
Click "Retrieve Records (ID Search)".

(2) From the "Database Integration" screen, verify that there are no errors in the account information linked with Notion, and keep the execution action as "Retrieve Records (ID Search)".
Select the database ID from the options.

Once the input is complete, click "Test" at the bottom.
(3) From the "Database Operation Detailed Settings" screen, select the conditions for the records you want to retrieve from the output.
Once the selection is complete, click "Test", and if no errors occur, click "Save".

(4) Next, set the branching conditions.
Click "Command Operation".

(5) From the "Specify Branching Conditions" screen, enter the operation, output, and branching conditions.
・Operation: Select from the dropdown
・Output: Select from the dropdown
・Branching Conditions: Enter directly or select from the output
Branching conditions can be increased by clicking the red "+ Add Branching Condition" (up to 5).
※ Branching is a feature available in plans above the Mini Plan (Operation). Please note that operations set in the flow bot will result in an error if you are on the Free Plan.
※ Paid plans like the Mini Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and AI features (operations).

Once the input is complete, click "Save" at the bottom.

Step 4: Register Transactions by Integrating with freee Accounting

(1) Next, register completed transactions by integrating with freee Accounting.
Click "Register Completed Transactions".

(2) From the freee Accounting "Select Integration Account and Action" screen, verify that there are no errors in the account information linked with freee Accounting, keep the action as "Register Completed Transactions", and click "Next".

(3) From the "API Connection Settings" screen, enter the required fields.
・Business ID: Select from the options
・Occurrence Date: Enter directly or select from the output
・Client Type: Select from the dropdown
・Client ID: Select from the options
・Tax Code: Select from the options
・Account ID: Select from the options
・Transaction Amount: Select from the output
・Payment Amount: Select from the output
・Account ID: Select from the options
・Account Type: Select from the dropdown
・Payment Date: Enter directly or select from the output

Other fields are not required. Please enter the necessary fields.
Once the input is complete, click "Test", and if no errors occur, click "Save" at the bottom.

(4) Finally, click "Turn On Trigger".
