Step 1: Integrate Outlook and JUST.DB as My Apps

First, register the apps you will be using as My Apps.
By registering them in advance, the flow setup will be smoother.

First, access the My Menu on the left side of the Yoom screen and click the new connection button on the right side of the screen.

Next, enter Outlook in the search window and select "Outlook" from the displayed options.
If you are logged into Outlook, clicking new connection will automatically integrate with the logged-in Outlook account.
※ Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has a home plan and a general business plan (Microsoft365 Business), and if you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.

Next, register JUST.DB as My App.
Similarly, enter JUST.DB in the search window and select "JUST.DB" from the displayed options.
The following screen will appear, so set the account name and access token, then click "Add" to complete.

If Outlook and JUST.DB are displayed in My Apps, the registration is complete.

Step 2: Set the Outlook "When an email is received" trigger

Now, let's set up the integration flow!
Click "Try it" on the banner below to copy the flow bot.

When you click, an image like the one below will appear, so press OK.

When the following screen is displayed, let's check the "Title" and "Description".
If changes are necessary, you can click on the relevant part to make changes.
To set up Outlook first, click "When mail is received".

The following screen will be displayed, so proceed with the settings below.

"Title" → Can be changed as needed
"Account information linked with Outlook" → Check if the account is correct
"Trigger action" → When mail is received

Once the settings are complete, click "Next".

When the following screen is displayed, check the setup method and scroll through the screen.

Let's proceed with the detailed settings.

"Trigger activation interval" → Please set
* The trigger can be set to activate at intervals of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.
"Mail folder ID" → Please select from the options
When you click on the input field, options related to the linked account will be displayed below, so select and enter the target folder.

Once the settings are complete, execute "Test", and if successful, click "Save" to finish.

Step 3: Set the JUST.DB "Insert Record" Action

Next, we will set up the JUST.DB action.
When you click "Insert Record", the following screen will be displayed, so proceed with the settings below.

"Title" → Can be changed as needed
"Account information linked with JUST.DB" → Check if the account is correct
"Action" → Insert record

Once the settings are complete, click "Next".

Let's proceed with the detailed settings.
First, set the destination for adding the record.

"Domain" → Obtain from URL and enter
"Table identifier" → Please set
* For setting the identifier, refer to this article.

Scroll through the screen and set up the record to be added.
This time, we will assume adding the "Subject" and "Body" of the received email.

"Field identifier" → Please set
"Value" → Insert output

By using the output for the "Value" that varies with each flow activation, you can change the content with each flow activation.
When you click on the input field, options will be displayed below, so click the mark on the right side of "When mail is received", select from the options, and add.

Let's set it similarly for the body.
This time, we added the "Subject" and "Body" of the received inquiry email, but if you want to add more items, click "Add target field" to add an input field and set it up.

For example, by adding and using AI operations after the trigger, you can extract and add specific strings.
