Step 1. Register Outlook and kintone in My Apps

First, register Outlook in My Apps.

Enter the account password on the password input screen and click sign in.

Next, register kintone in My Apps.
Access the My Apps menu on the left side of the Yoom screen and press the new connection button on the right side of the screen.

Next, enter kintone in the search window and select "kintone" from the displayed options.
At this time, "kintone (Guest Space)" will also be displayed, but we will use "kintone" this time.

Step 2: Copy the Template

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

Read the following screen display and click "OK".

Step 3: Set the Outlook trigger that initiates the flow and the subsequent kintone operation settings

The following screen will be displayed, so click "When a new email arrives".

Confirm that the Outlook account you are integrating is correct, and click "Next".

The API connection settings screen for the app trigger will be displayed.
Click on the email folder section to display the email folders in the integrated Outlook, and select from the options.
It is recommended to create a dedicated inquiry email folder in Outlook beforehand.

Once the input is complete, click "Save".

Next, the following screen will be displayed, so click "Register Record".

On the screen to select the linked account and action, confirm that the kintone account you are integrating is correct, and click "Next".

The API connection settings screen will be displayed.
First, fill in the red-framed areas.

・Subdomain: Obtain and enter the part of the URL "https://●●●●●●●.cybozu.com/". For more information on subdomains, please check here. ・App ID: The part "/k/●●/" in the URL is the App ID. (Example: 3)

Next, enter the record information.
Since the content can be confirmed in the kintone app, check and enter it in kintone.
Once the input is complete, conduct a test and click "Save".

Step 4: Turn on the Trigger

Finally, click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the automation setup.
