In sales activities, creating estimates is an indispensable process, but does it take a lot of time and effort? Especially when creating estimates by entering customer information and deal data from scratch, there is a risk of errors and inefficient work. That's why we recommend integrating the customer management tool "Salesforce" with the cloud-based estimate creation tool "Misoca." This integration allows you to create estimates with a single click, eliminating the hassle of data entry. In this article, we will introduce the specific benefits and integration methods of using Salesforce and Misoca. If you are looking for an efficient and error-free way to create estimates, please refer to this.
Recommended for:
- Sales representatives who want to reduce the hassle of creating and sending estimates and focus on customer interaction
- Sales representatives who want to eliminate transcription and calculation errors and create accurate estimates
- Companies that want to grasp the progress and sending status of estimates in real-time
Benefits and Examples of Integrating Salesforce and Misoca
Benefit 1: Speeding up Estimate Creation
By integrating Salesforce and Misoca, you can automatically generate estimates with a single click by importing customer information and deal data managed on Salesforce directly into Misoca. This mechanism allows sales representatives to spend more time on their core tasks, such as customer interaction and proposal activities. For example, if a sales representative was creating 10 estimates a day, it took about 15 minutes per estimate, spending 2.5 hours a day. However, by utilizing the integration feature, the creation time per estimate was reduced to about 3 minutes, completing in just about 30 minutes a day. This automation is particularly useful for estimates that require multiple products or customization conditions.
Benefit 2: Reduction of Input Errors
By directly linking customer information and deal data from Salesforce to Misoca, manual transcription is reduced, and input errors are likely to decrease. This not only reduces the risk of creating estimates with incorrect information but also prevents the hassle of later corrections and the risk of causing distrust among customers. Moreover, improving the quality of estimates can lead to gaining customer trust. For example, with manual input, there is a possibility of errors such as miswriting the company name "Company XX" as "XX Company" or entering the wrong number of digits. However, by reflecting the correctly registered data on Salesforce directly into Misoca, such mistakes can be prevented in advance.
Benefit 3: Convenience Unique to Cloud Services
Since both Salesforce and Misoca are cloud-based services, unlike paper media, they can be used anywhere as long as there is an internet connection. This contributes to speeding up customer response by allowing easy access to necessary data and creating estimates with a single click, even during remote work or business trips. For example, if an estimate is urgently needed during a business trip, a sales representative can access Salesforce from their computer and create an estimate on the spot with a single click. Additionally, due to the cloud environment, the risk of data loss is low, and the entire team can always share the latest information, which is a significant advantage.
