When creating Zoom meetings and sending meeting information emails for new leads, it can take time to handle multiple steps, so sales representatives and support staff may want to allocate more preparation time for meetings than they currently do. By integrating Salesforce and Zoom through Yoom, you can automatically create Zoom meetings based on lead information registered in Salesforce and automatically send emails to the other party. This allows you to streamline the process from meeting creation to email sending, saving time and allowing you to allocate freed-up resources to other important tasks. This article explains how to set up an automated flow that creates a Zoom meeting and sends meeting information via email when a lead is registered in Salesforce, as well as the benefits of implementing it. By incorporating this into your operations, you can improve work speed and reduce the burden on staff, so please take a look.
Recommended for
Those who are using Salesforce and Zoom separately
Sales representatives who want to increase the speed of lead response
Those who feel burdened by manually setting up meetings and sending emails
IT administrators aiming to prevent human error and improve operational efficiency
Benefits and Examples of Integrating Salesforce and Zoom
1. Improved Response Speed
By implementing this automated flow, a Zoom meeting is automatically created after registering a lead in Salesforce, and an email is automatically sent to the other party, eliminating time lags during work and improving response speed. For example, when a sales representative acquires a new lead, they can quickly create a Zoom meeting and send an email after registering the lead information, allowing negotiations and inquiries to proceed smoothly. Quick responses in sales activities can be a significant advantage in building relationships with customers.
2. Reduction of Manual Work
By simply registering lead information in Salesforce, you can set up Zoom meetings and send emails, minimizing manual work for staff. For example, sales support staff previously needed to check lead information in Salesforce, create meetings on Zoom, and send emails manually. Automating such routine tasks can eliminate manual work, allowing sales representatives and support teams to focus on other tasks, potentially increasing the overall productivity of the team.
3. Prevention of Human Error
When creating meetings and sending emails manually, there is a possibility of human errors such as incorrect links or delayed sending. If Zoom meetings are automatically created by reflecting Salesforce lead information, manual work can be minimized, preventing such errors in advance. Additionally, since the process from lead registration to email sending can be completed consistently, work can be completed without delays. Automation improves the accuracy of information, which can also enhance the quality of customer service.
Now, let's create a flow bot using the template "Create a Zoom meeting and send meeting information via email when a lead is registered in Salesforce".
[What is Yoom]
How to Create a Zoom Meeting and Send Meeting Information via Email When a Lead is Registered in Salesforce
This can be achieved by receiving the lead registration in Salesforce using Salesforce's API, creating invitation codes for the meeting using Zoom's API, and sending meeting information to the other party using Yoom's email function. Generally, programming knowledge is required to achieve this, but with the no-code tool Yoom, it can be easily achieved without programming knowledge.
The work until the flow is completed will proceed as follows.
Integration of Salesforce and Zoom My Apps

Until now, as customer support, we have made efforts to resolve users' questions and concerns.
I was moved to learn that by using Yoom, tasks that are becoming increasingly complicated on a daily basis will progress quickly!
From now on, we will continue to distribute content with easy-to-understand content so that people who aim to improve work efficiency can use the service smoothly.
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
