Step 1: Connect Sansan and Microsoft Excel with My Apps

First, let's connect the apps we will use with Yoom.
After logging into Yoom, click on "+ New Connection" from "My Apps" in the left menu.

When the "New Connection for My Apps" window appears, search for Sansan and Microsoft Excel respectively, and proceed with the input according to the displayed content.

Next, set the trigger activation interval.

Sansan will automatically check for updates to business card information at the set time intervals.
Please note that the trigger activation interval may not be selectable depending on the plan.

Once the settings are complete, update the test information in Sansan and click "Test".

The values you entered temporarily should be displayed next to the output in the image above.
Once confirmed, click "Save" to complete the app trigger settings.

Step 3: Configure Settings to Add Information in Microsoft Excel

Next, click "Add Record".
On the first page, as with Sansan, check the account information and, if necessary, correct the title.
Below that, there is a field to enter the information for Microsoft Excel where the record will be added.

When you select the file storage location as OneDrive or Sharepoint, options will appear in other fields, so please select them.
