How to integrate Sansan with Google Sheets to automatically add Sansan's business card information to Google Sheets

a.ohta

Business card exchange can be considered a fundamental aspect for business professionals, right? Moreover, managing the exchanged business cards effectively is crucial for ensuring smooth business operations. Therefore, this time, we have integrated Sansan, which excels in business card management, with Google Sheets, which allows for easy collaborative management and editing. If you are managing Sansan's data in detail using Google Sheets, this integration could be valuable. Why not introduce automation to create a more comfortable work environment? Benefits of Integrating Sansan and Google Sheets 1. Simplify Tasks With this integration, when Sansan's business card data is updated, the data in Google Sheets will also be automatically updated. You only need to update Sansan, which reduces input tasks and eliminates redundant work. There's no need to transfer data between different tools, simplifying tasks and leading to a review of business workflows. 2. Easier Team Collaboration This integration is also effective in promoting collaboration between different departments. For example, it applies to the integration between Sansan used by the sales department and Google Sheets used by the accounting department. Once Sansan's data is updated, the accounting department can easily check billing information (address, contact person, company name, etc.). Since updates are done in real-time, there's no need to notify others about data updates, making it easier to check new data. [About Yoom] Next, we will introduce how to create a "flowbot" that adds updated business card information from Sansan to Google Sheets using Yoom, which allows app integration without programming. Please try creating it after registering with Yoom! [Please Note] * Sansan is available only with certain paid plans. * A two-week free trial is available for paid plans. The above flowbot template can be copied from below.

1. Click on "View Details" on the top banner
2. Click on "Try this template" at the bottom of the transitioned screen
3. Register for Yoom

* If you have already completed registration, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.

After working as a general store manager, I started working from home as an SEO writer. Later, an outsourcing agreement was signed with a marketing startup for about 5 years. Surrounded by students at the University of Tokyo, I held a computer and spent my days studying various business terms and how to use SaaS tools. When I was a general store manager, time was taken over and over again by office work such as sales and inventory management, human resource management, and ordering, etc., and I was unable to serve customers and often missed sales times. Even when outsourcing, there are many detailed tasks such as input, etc., and “can't such monotonous tasks be automated?” I thought so, and I really sympathize with Yoom's vision!
