First, register Sansan and Dropbox in Yoom's My Apps.

1. How to register Sansan

Click "My Apps" in the left column and search for Sansan from "New Connection".

Enter the account name and access token, then click "Add".
This completes the registration of Sansan in My Apps.

2. How to register Dropbox
Next, search for Dropbox from "New Connection"..

You will be redirected to the above screen, so please log in to Dropbox.
This completes the registration of Dropbox in My Apps.

Once the registration in My Apps is complete, it will be displayed in your My Apps section, so please check it.

Next, copy the template to My Project and create a Flowbot.
Please copy the Flowbot template from below.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try this template" on the redirected page
3. Register with Yoom
* If you have already registered, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.

Step 2: Setting the trigger to activate when business card information is registered in Sansan

First, click on the item "When business card information is registered" to proceed with the settings.

This page is already set up.
Ensure the trigger action is set to "When business card information is registered" and if there are no errors in the account information, proceed to the next page.

Select the trigger activation interval from the dropdown as desired.
* Note: The trigger activation interval may not be selectable depending on the plan.

Conduct a test, and if the output is correctly obtained, click "Save".

Step 3: Create a folder in Dropbox

Next, click on the item "Create Folder" to proceed with the settings.

This page is already set up.
Ensure the action is set to "Create Folder" and if there are no errors in the account information, proceed to the next page.

Set the folder path as desired, referring to the annotations outside the frame.

Once the setup is complete, click "Test".
Ensure the output is correctly reflected, then save.

Once all settings are complete, the above screen will be displayed.
Click "Turn ON Trigger" to activate the flowbot!
