Set the account name and access token.

Step 2: Set the Trigger for Sansan

Next, proceed to the Flowbot settings.
Please click "When business card information is updated".

1. Select the Linked Account and Action

・The title is pre-entered, but if you want to change it, please enter it.
・Check if the account information linked with Sansan is correct, and click "Next".

2. API Connection Settings for App Trigger

・Select the trigger activation interval from the dropdown.
・Triggers can be selected at intervals of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and 60 minutes.
・Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.

・Once the trigger settings are complete, click test to retrieve Sansan information.

Once you've done this, save it.

Step 3: Set the Action for Sasuke

Next, click "Register Customer Information" to set the final item!

1. Select the Linked Account and Action

・If you want to change the title, please enter it.
・Check if the account information linked with Sasuke is correct, and click "Next".

2. API Connection Settings

・Enter the item key and item name.
・For values, input "Last Name" and "First Name" obtained from the Sansan trigger from the output.
・Since Sansan cannot obtain the full name, concatenate the first and last names to register in Sasuke.
・Once entered, execute the test and save it.

When you click save, a message will appear indicating that all settings are complete, so select "Turn on Trigger".
