(2) From the list of new connections in My Apps, click on Smaregi.
(3) On the "New Smaregi Registration" screen, enter the account name and contract ID.

Once the input is complete, click "Add".
(4) Next, integrate Google Chat. Similarly, click on Google Chat from the list of new connections in Yoom.
(5) Click "Sign in with Google".
(6) Enter the Client ID and Client Secret as prompted, then click "Register".
* It is recommended to use "Google Chat (OAuth)" for Google Chat. Please check the site below for the integration method.

How to Send Messages to Spaces in Google Chat

Once the integration is complete, Smaregi and Google Chat will be registered in Yoom's My Apps.

This completes the My Apps registration.
Next, let's set up triggers using templates!

Step 2: Setting Up a Schedule Trigger

(1) We will use the templates introduced earlier. Click "Try it" on the banner below.

Click on "At 9 AM every day" in the schedule trigger.

(2) From the "Specify Execution Time" screen of the schedule trigger, set the schedule.
This time, check the days of the week for notification and set the time to 9 AM.

Once the input is complete, click "Save" at the bottom.

Step 3: Integrate with Smaregi to Obtain Daily Closing Information

(1) Next, integrate with Smaregi to obtain daily closing information.
Click "Obtain Daily Closing Information".

(2) From the "Select Integration Account and Action" screen of Smaregi, check that there are no errors in the account information to be integrated with Smaregi, keep the action as "Obtain Daily Closing Information", and click "Next".

(3) From the "API Connection Settings" screen, enter the contract ID, closing date, and store ID.

Once the input is complete, click "Test", and if no errors occur, click "Save".

Step 4: Integrate with Google Chat to Send Messages to Space

(1) Next, integrate with Google Chat to send messages to space.
Click "Send Message to Space".

(2) From the "Select Integration Account and Action" screen of Google Chat, check that there are no errors in the account information to be integrated with Google Chat, keep the action as "Send Message to Space", and click "Next".

(2) From the "API Connection Settings" screen, enter the space ID, key, and token.
The content entered in the message will be the content notified to Microsoft Teams.

(4) Finally, click "Turn ON Trigger".
