How to Create an Integration Flow between Smaregi and Discord

Items to Prepare in Advance

Here is a list of items needed for the integration process.

Smaregi

  • Login information (use the management screen in Smaregi operations)
  • Contract ID

Discord

Step 1: Setting Up My App Integration

Here, you will set up the app information to be registered in Yoom. Log in to the Yoom workspace and click +New Connection within the My Apps screen.

A list of apps that can be connected with Yoom will be displayed. Select the app to connect from the search window and proceed with My App registration.

Smaregi

Click the app name that appears in the search results. A screen for entering values will be displayed.

After entering the values, click the Add button. This completes the My App registration for Smaregi.

Discord

Enter "Discord" in the search window and click the app name that appears. A screen for entering the values required for integration will pop up.

  • Account Name
    • Please enter any name.
  • Access Token
    • Enter the Bot token.

Enter the access token and click the Add button to complete the My App registration for Discord.

Step 2: Copy Yoom's Flow Bot Template to My Project

Click this banner.

The template will be copied to My Project. You can access My Project from the left menu bar.

Step 3 Schedule Trigger "Every day at 9 AM"

Click on the first step of the template.

Since it is pre-configured, the light blue icon (indicating completion) is lit, but let me introduce the contents.

(1/1) Specify Execution Time

This time, all days of the week are specified from the weekday tab, and it is set to start at 9:00. You can change the repeat days or time from this screen. If you need detailed timing settings, you can set them from the Cron tab.

Step 4 Integrate with Apps "Get Daily Closing Information"

Next, click on the second step of the template.

In this step, you will set up to obtain daily sales information from Smaregi.

(1/2) Select Integration Account and Action

This item is pre-configured.

  • App Trigger Title
  • App
  • Account information integrated with Smaregi
  • Trigger Action

→ Click Next.

(2/2) API Connection Settings

  • Contract ID
    • Enter the contract ID entered in My App Integration.
  • Closing Date
    • A code is set to obtain the daily closing information for yesterday.
  • Store ID
    • Click the edit field to open a dropdown and display candidate stores. When you select a store, the ID is quoted.

→ Click Test. → Success In the output, you can obtain the previous day's information for the following items. (It will be long because there are many items)

→ Click Save.

Step 5 Integrate with Apps "Notify Discord"

Next, click on the third step of the template.

In this step, you will create a template message to notify Discord.

(1/2) Select Integration Account and Action

This item is pre-configured.

  • App Trigger Title
  • App
  • Account information integrated with Discord
  • Trigger Action

→ Click Next.

(2/2) Detailed Settings for Database Operations

  • Channel ID
    • Click the edit field to pick up integrated rooms. When you select the relevant channel, the ID is quoted.
    • Alternatively, the channel ID is also displayed at the bottom of the menu that appears when you right-click the gear icon in the channel list.

  • Message Content
  • Create a template message. Click the edit field to open a dropdown and display outputs such as yesterday's sales information from the "Get Daily Closing Information" tab. When you click the necessary item, the quote code is embedded in the edit field. Entering the item name before the quote code will make it easier to understand during notification.

→ Click Test. → Success

→ Click Save. This completes the current step.

Step 6 Turn on the App Trigger

Once all steps are set, a complete screen will be displayed.

Turn on the trigger to activate the flow bot. You can switch it with the toggle at the top left of the template.
