How to Create a Smaregi and Slack Integration Flow

The integration flow this time is broadly divided into the following processes.

・Integrate Smaregi and Slack with My Apps
・Set up to start at a specified time and retrieve data from Smaregi
・Set up to send to Slack
・Turn on the trigger button and check the integration operation between Smaregi and Slack

Step 1: Integrate Smaregi and Slack with My Apps

After completing the registration with Yoom, please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left.

Next, click the new connection button at the top right.

Integration between Smaregi and Yoom

1. Search

Enter Smaregi in the box and select the Smaregi icon.

2. Enter Required Fields

Let's enter the required fields.
Regarding the integration with Smaregi My Apps, it can be easily done by installing the Yoom app from the Yoom page of the Smaregi App Market.

3. Add
Once the required fields are entered, click Add at the bottom right.

The integration is complete when the above display appears.

Integration between Slack and Yoom

1. Search

Enter Slack and click the Slack icon.

2. Enter Required Fields

A screen like the above will be displayed, so select the channel where you want to post the translated message from the pull-down.
Then press "Allow".

The screen will automatically switch to Yoom, and if the above display appears, the integration is complete.

Step 2: Copy the Template

Next, please copy the template to be used this time.

1. Click "View Details" on the top banner
2. Click "Try this Template" at the bottom of the migrated screen
3. If you haven't registered with Yoom yet, please register

※ If you have already completed registration, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.

When the Flowbot template is copied to "My Projects", the above display will appear.

You will be taken to a page like the image, so let's proceed with detailed settings.

Step 3: Set to start at a specified time and retrieve data from Smaregi

1. Open My Projects

Open "My Projects" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Open the copied template
Click on "【Copy】Retrieve previous day's sales from Smaregi daily and notify Slack".

3. Select an app trigger

Click on the schedule icon "At 9 AM every day".
The title and other settings are complete, so press Next.

4. Set the schedule trigger

You will be taken to the page in the image.
On this page, you can set:

・Date

・Day of the week

・Time

As set here, Smaregi's sales will be notified to Slack.

In the image, it is set to start:

・Every day

・At 9 AM

If you want to change the day of the week, uncheck the red box above.

If you want to change the time, set the numbers in the red box above to your preference.
Once the settings are complete, click Save.

Next, retrieve the data from Smaregi.

1. Connect with the app

Select "Retrieve Daily Closing Information" from the Smaregi icon. Press Next.

2. Enter required fields

Enter the required fields.

For Contract ID and Store ID, set them according to the notes at the bottom of the box.

The closing date is the item to set when to retrieve sales data.
In the image, it is set to retrieve yesterday's sales.

If you want to change it, click inside the box and select a date.

As shown in the image, you can select various dates.

3. Run the test

Once the settings are complete, press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If the test is successful, the setup is complete. Save it.

Step 4: Set up notifications to Slack

1. Connect with the app

Click "Send a message to a channel" from the Slack icon.
The title and other settings are complete, so press Next.

2. Set the channel ID for posting

Set which channel to post DocuSign contract completion data to.

Click the box to display a list of channels, then select the channel where you want to receive Smaregi's sales data.
By selecting, it will be inserted into the box, and the setting will be complete.

3. Set the message content

Next, set the message to be posted to Slack.
The settings are already complete, so only make changes if you want to add a message.

4. Run the test

Press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If the test is successful, the setup is complete. Save it.

6. Turn the trigger ON

When the creation of the Flowbot is complete, the display above will appear. The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.
