Step 2: Set the Trigger to Activate When a New Employee is Registered in SmartHR

First, click on "When a new employee is registered" to set it up.


Since the above screen is already set up, please proceed to the next page.

Please set the trigger activation interval as desired.

Please set the tenant ID by referring to the notes outside the field.
Once set, please register a test employee in SmartHR.

When you run the test, the employee information you registered earlier will be displayed in the output.
If the test is successful, please save the settings.

Step 3: Register the Employee in KING OF TIME

Next, let's set up the "Employee Registration" item.

Since the above screen is already set up, please proceed to the next page.

Please set the affiliation code as desired.

The gender is set as shown in the above screen.
Explanation: By setting it this way, when an employee is registered in SmartHR, the "gender" can be automatically registered in the "gender" of the KING OF TIME account.

Employee number, last name, first name, email address, date of birth, and date of joining are also set in the same way.
