Step 1: Integrate SPIRAL and Adobe Acrobat Sign with My Apps

First, let's connect the apps used in this flow with Yoom.
After logging into Yoom, click "+ New Connection" from "My Apps" in the left menu.

When the app search window appears, enter the name of each app.

SPIRAL My Apps Integration

To integrate SPIRAL with My Apps, you need to obtain an access token.

After logging into My Page, click "Issue Account" → "API Agent".

Click "+" to create a new API agent.
Once created, click "Create API" and paste the displayed key into the Yoom screen.

Set any name for "Account Name" and click "Add" to complete the SPIRAL My Apps integration.

Adobe Acrobat Sign My Apps Integration

To integrate Adobe Acrobat Sign, you need to enter the Client Secret.

After logging into My Page, create an application by following these steps.

• Domain: Select "Customer"

Once the application is created, click it and proceed to "Set OAuth for Application".

How to Register Adobe Acrobat Sign My Apps

Paste the obtained Client Secret into the Yoom screen and click "Add" to complete the My Apps integration.

It has been confirmed that it is added to the list.
Next, we will move on to setting up the specific flow. Click "Try it" on the banner below to copy the template.

Step 2: Set Triggers with Google Chrome Extension

The first setting is the trigger setting. We will use the Google Chrome extension as the trigger for this flow.
The extension is available only on some paid plans. If your plan is not eligible, the flow bot operations and data connections you set will result in errors, so please be careful.

Paid plans offer a two-week free trial during which you can set triggers using the extension.

Click "Install Extension" at the top right.

Click "Add to Chrome" to complete the installation immediately.
After starting the flow, pin the extension to the toolbar so you can launch it right away.

In the top right corner of Chrome, go to "..." → "Extensions" → "Manage Extensions", select Yoom, and turn on the pin to the toolbar.

This completes the extension settings. Let's proceed to the flow settings next.

Set it up so that you can run the flow from the SPIRAL page using the extension.

On the first page, confirm that the SPIRAL account information linked with My App is reflected.
If necessary, modify the title to something easy to understand and proceed to the next step.

On the next page, set up to launch the flow.

Select the App ID and Database ID from the options, and paste the URL sample from the SPIRAL record page.
In practice, the flow will be triggered with just one click of the extension from the target record page.

Once everything is entered, click "Test".

If the test is successful, the details of the record page will be reflected next to each item in the image above.

Once confirmed, click "Save" to complete the app trigger settings.

Step 3: Set to Retrieve Records

The next setting is "Retrieve Records".
On the first page, as before, modify the SPIRAL account information and title, then proceed to the next step.

Select the App ID and Database ID from the options. The Record ID obtained in the trigger settings is reflected, so click "Test" as is.

If the test is successful, the output will be obtained and reflected above.
If you want to add detailed information such as name or email address to the output, you need to add it manually.

Step 4: Set to Request Electronic Signature
