k.ohshiro

Wouldn't it be convenient if you could automatically register product information from SPIRAL to Shopify?
Shopify is an excellent service that allows you to easily create and manage an e-commerce site, but registering product information usually requires manual input, which can be cumbersome.
In this article, we will explain how to automatically add product information registered in SPIRAL to Shopify using the no-code tool Yoom!
If you want to reduce the burden of data entry, please refer to this article and try automatic integration!

[What is Yoom]

Benefits of Integrating SPIRAL and Shopify

Benefit 1. Accurate Data Management

By automatically reflecting product information registered in SPIRAL to Shopify, there is no need for data transcription, which leads to a reduction in workload.
This allows you to allocate time to other tasks, which can be expected to improve productivity.
Additionally, reducing manual work can also lead to a reduction in human errors.
By minimizing typos and conversion errors, you can expect to maintain accurate data.
As a result, the reliability of the information improves, allowing you to sell products with confidence.

Benefit 2. Speedy Information Reflection

If you manually transcribe data to Shopify every time a product is registered in SPIRAL, it becomes easy for delays in information reflection to occur.
This can lead to situations where "SPIRAL has the latest information, but Shopify still has outdated information," making it difficult to maintain consistency.
If information differs between apps, there is a risk of discrepancies in understanding within the team.
However, by using the automatic integration described in this article, information from SPIRAL is automatically reflected in Shopify, allowing for speedy information reflection and consistency maintenance.
This ensures that you can refer to the same information regardless of which app you check, potentially avoiding discrepancies in understanding.

Integration Flow of SPIRAL and Shopify

※Important Notes
・Shopify is an app that is only available on some paid plans. Depending on the plan, the operation of the flowbot and data connect settings may result in errors, so please be careful.
・A 2-week free trial is available for paid plans. During the free trial, you can use apps that are subject to restrictions.
