Benefits and Examples of Linking STORES Reservation with Google Calendar

Benefit 1: Streamlining Schedule Management

By automatically reflecting reservations registered in STORES Reservation onto Google Calendar, schedule management becomes significantly more efficient. For example, salon owners can eliminate the manual input of reservation information into the calendar, preventing human errors. This allows staff to focus on their core duties, leading to improved service quality. It also enables quick responses as the latest reservation status can be checked even when out of the office.

Benefit 2: Prevention of Double Booking

Specifically, even if multiple trainers individually manage reservations at a fitness gym, everyone can share the latest schedule. This prevents reservation overlaps or omissions, enhancing customer trust.

Linking with Google Calendar allows staff to immediately grasp reservation statuses and changes. For example, in the event of a sudden reservation change from a customer, it can be addressed promptly. This not only improves customer satisfaction but also reduces the time for internal adjustments due to reservation changes. Sharing the latest information among all staff strengthens the team's overall response capability.
