The integration flow is broadly created through the following processes. - Register STORES Reservation and Gmail as My Apps - Copy the template - Set the trigger for STORES Reservation, which serves as the starting point of the flow, and configure the subsequent Gmail operations - Turn on the trigger button and verify the integration between STORES Reservation and Gmail If you are not using Yoom, please register for free from here. If you are already using Yoom, please log in. Step 1: Register STORES Reservation and Gmail as My Apps Please register STORES Reservation and Gmail as My Apps to connect them to Yoom. Pre-registering as My Apps will ensure smooth completion of the automation settings. First, let's register STORES Reservation as My App. Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen. Search for STORES Reservation using "Search by App Name" or find it from the app list. The following screen will be displayed, so check the explanation and set the "Account Name" and "Access Token." Next, move on to registering Gmail as My App. Similarly, search for Gmail using the search bar or find it from the app list. Once the following screen is displayed, sign in to Gmail. If STORES Reservation and Gmail are displayed in My Apps, the registration is complete. Step 2: Copy the Template To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

Read the following screen display and click "OK".

When the following screen is displayed, check the "Title" and "Description".
If you want to make changes, please do so from the screen below.
First, click "When a reservation is registered" to proceed with the settings of STORES reservation.

Step 3: Setting the trigger for STORES reservation as the starting point of the flow and the subsequent Gmail operation settings

The following screen will be displayed, so please check the settings.

  • "Title" → Can be changed freely
  • "Account information linked with STORES reservation" → Check for discrepancies
  • "Trigger action" → When a reservation is registered

When the following screen is displayed, set the "Trigger activation interval".
Select from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Note: The trigger activation interval varies depending on the plan, so please be careful.

Once set, click "Test" → "Test successful" → "Save".

Next, click "Send email" to set up Gmail.
When the following screen is displayed, please check the settings.

  • "Title" → Can be changed freely
  • "Account information linked with Gmail" → Check for discrepancies

Scroll down to set the "Email content".
Set the "To" and "Subject".

Next, set the body text.
By using the output from STORES reservation, you can easily send reservation information.
Click the arrow in the red frame to display the output from STORES reservation.
Select the output you want to use and create the body text as shown below.
Once set, click "Save".

The confirmation screen will be displayed as shown below, so check for any mistakes and click "Test" → "Test successful" → "Save".

Step 4: Turn on the trigger button and check the linkage operation between STORES reservation and Gmail

Finally, click "Turn on trigger" to complete the automation settings.
Check if the flow bot is operating normally.
