How to integrate Stripe with LINE WORKS to receive notifications in LINE WORKS when a payment is made in Stripe

e.koyama

When selling products on e-commerce sites or marketplaces, it is not uncommon to prepare for shipment after payment confirmation. In such cases, delays or omissions in post-payment handling can cause anxiety or distrust among customers. How about automatically sharing payment completion information to prevent risks?

This article introduces a method to automate payment completion notifications by integrating Stripe with LINE WORKS. This integration can lead to faster customer service and improved operational efficiency, potentially enhancing customer satisfaction. We will explain the benefits of integration and the automation steps in detail, so please refer to it.

Benefits of Integrating Stripe with LINE WORKS

Benefit 1: Faster Customer Service

Once payment is completed with Stripe, notifications are immediately sent to LINE WORKS, allowing you to smoothly start contacting customers and processing shipments. By shortening the time until product arrival or service commencement, customer satisfaction is expected to improve. This may also lead to acquiring repeat customers and attracting new ones through increased review ratings.

For example, by sending automatic notifications after payment completion, customer service can immediately grasp the information and send a thank-you email to the customer. If the store responds quickly, customer reassurance will increase. Additionally, by smoothly proceeding with shipping tasks such as inventory checks and creating shipping labels, and completing shipments promptly, customer satisfaction is expected to improve.

Benefit 2: Improved Operational Efficiency

If integration eliminates the need for manual payment confirmation and notification creation, the burden on staff will be reduced, and the risk of human error will decrease.

For example, if the accounting staff was confirming payments and sharing that information with internal stakeholders, automation will eliminate the need to log into Stripe to confirm payments or create notification messages in LINE WORKS. Additionally, customer support staff will no longer need to frequently inquire about payment status with the accounting staff. By reducing the risk of transcription errors and communication omissions, mistakes during customer service can also be prevented.

Let's aim to improve the efficiency of payment confirmation and customer service through integration. With the automation tool Yoom, settings can be easily configured.

Other Automation Examples Using Stripe

There are many other examples of automation using Stripe in Yoom, so here are a few introductions.

1. A flow where a thank-you email is sent via Gmail when a payment is made with Stripe. By automatically sending a thank-you email immediately after the payment is completed, you can provide reassurance to the customer. The email content can be freely set, so please include necessary information such as an estimate of when the product will be shipped or contact information for inquiries.

2. This is a flow for adding information to Google Sheets when a subscription is made through Stripe. By automatically reflecting subscription information in Google Sheets, it can be used for handling inquiries and sales analysis. Automation can help reduce input errors and omissions during transcription.

3. This is a flow for updating Google Sheets when subscription information is changed in Stripe. Please use this in conjunction with the information addition flow at the time of new subscription. By keeping the shared information up-to-date, you can prevent the risk of using outdated data for inquiries or analysis.

Summary

By integrating Stripe with LINE WORKS, you can automate notifications upon payment completion, which is expected to speed up customer service and improve operational efficiency. Please try this integration to smoothly handle payment confirmations and customer interactions in your e-commerce operations. If the response speed after payment increases and errors decrease, you can also expect an improvement in customer satisfaction. With Yoom, you can easily set it up without any coding.

Until now, I have experienced office work at specialized trading companies and in the EC industry. The work I was in charge of covered a wide range of tasks, such as sales office work, accounting, general affairs, human resources, and legal affairs. We worked to improve the efficiency of individual tasks, but I think the work could proceed more conveniently by using various support tools and Yoom... I would be happy if I could send out an introduction article on Yoom that makes use of my work experience and help everyone proceed smoothly with their work.

What is Yoom hyperautomation?
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated.
With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Don't Just Connect Apps—Automate Everything
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.

Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
