How to link TimeRex with Google Calendar to create a schedule in Google Calendar when a new event is added to TimeRex

s.ougitani

When using multiple calendar apps, do you ever experience overlapping or missing appointments? In this article, we will introduce a method to automatically create events in Google Calendar whenever a new event is added to TimeRex. This could automate the task of entering events into your calendar and centralize your schedule management. Furthermore, by utilizing Yoom, which allows app integration without any coding, anyone can easily create flow bots. Please take a look.

Benefits of Integrating TimeRex with Google Calendar

Benefit 1: Leads to Centralized Schedule Management

By integrating TimeRex with Google Calendar, you can automatically add events to Google Calendar whenever a new event is registered. Even if you are only using TimeRex, integration with Google Calendar is possible. However, with this integration, you can add events to calendars other than the one specified in TimeRex. For example, if sales team members are managing their schedules individually with TimeRex, you might want to centralize all their information in a different calendar. By utilizing this integration, you can register information to the specified calendar as soon as it is registered in TimeRex, making centralized management possible and allowing you to efficiently check members' information.

Benefit 2: Leads to Time Efficiency with Simple Settings

When performing centralized management like Benefit 1, if integration is not performed, the following methods might be considered:

① Manually transcribing information
② Using Google Calendar's sharing feature

In either case, it can be time-consuming and labor-intensive, potentially leading to inefficient operations when you just want centralized management. By utilizing this integration, you can add events to another calendar without the need for such manual or sharing tasks, making centralized management easier to achieve.

We have explained two benefits of integrating TimeRex with Google Calendar. Next, we will introduce an overview of Yoom.

Other Automation Examples Using TimeRex

We have other templates that utilize TimeRex, which we would like to introduce.
Here is the list of Yoom templates.

1. This is a template that automatically notifies Discord when a new event is added to TimeRex.
When a new schedule is created, a notification is automatically sent to Discord, reducing the risk of missing important appointments.
As a result, it becomes easier to share event information within the team, allowing for smoother operations.

2. This is a template that automatically registers a meeting in Zoom when there is a reservation in TimeRex.
By utilizing this template, it seems possible to prevent human errors such as forgetting to schedule a meeting.
Reducing the manual registration tasks can lessen the burden, allowing more time to be spent on other important tasks.

3. This is a template for automatically registering information in kintone when a schedule is registered in TimeRex.
Manually adding schedules to kintone requires data entry work.
If automated, it may reduce the effort of administrative tasks and improve business productivity.

Summary

By integrating TimeRex with Google Calendar, you can reduce the setup needed to automatically input TimeRex schedules into a specified Google Calendar for centralized management.
Additionally, this can help prevent human errors such as input mistakes or omissions.
With centralized calendar information, you can visualize your schedule, potentially allowing for more efficient work.
By utilizing Yoom, you can connect apps and create flow bots without needing specialized knowledge.
It's easy to start with simple operations, making it accessible for anyone.
Take this opportunity to integrate TimeRex with Google Calendar, automate input tasks, and streamline your schedule management!

What is Yoom hyperautomation?
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated.
With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Don't Just Connect Apps—Automate Everything
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.

Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
