Step 1: Connect TimeRex and Google Calendar to My Apps
Next, register Yoom's My Apps.
This process will link the apps and allow you to create a flowbot.
1. Register TimeRex to My Apps
First, let's link TimeRex with Yoom.
Once you can log in to Yoom's My Project, click My Apps → New Connection on the left side of the screen.

Select TimeRex in the new connection of My Apps.

Enter any name for the account name and enter yoom for the access token.

Now you have registered TimeRex to My Apps.
2. Register Google Calendar to My Apps
Next, link Google Calendar with Yoom.
Click My Apps → New Connection as in the previous step.

Select Google Calendar in the new connection of My Apps.

On the screen to link Yoom with Google Calendar, click "Sign in with Google".

Select the account you want to link in the account selection.

On the Yoom login screen, click "Next".

On the screen where Yoom requests access to your Google account, select "Continue".

Now you have registered Google Calendar to My Apps.
Step 2: Set TimeRex Trigger
Next, set up the flowbot.
Click "When a webhook is received" to proceed.

1. Select Linked Account and Action
・The title is optional, so enter it if you want to change it.
・Check the account information linked with TimeRex and click "Next".

2. Set Webhook Event Reception for App Trigger
・Execute the webhook event and click test.

If the test is successful, you can get the output of TimeRex.
Once done, save it.

Step 3: Set Action to Manipulate and Transform Data
Next, click "Convert Date/Time Format".

1. Set Operation Conditions
・For the date/time to be converted, select "Start Time of Appointment" obtained from TimeRex from the output.
・The converted date/format is already set, so it's OK as it is.
・For more details on "Manipulate and Transform Data", please check here.
・Once done, execute the test and save it.

Step 4: Set Action to Extract Data from Text
Next, click "Extract Data Using Regular Expressions".

1. Set Operation Conditions
・For the extraction target, select "Start Time of Appointment" from TimeRex's output.
・The extraction location specified by regular expression is already set, so it's OK as it is.
・For a list of help pages related to regular expressions, please check here.
・Once done, execute the test and save it.

Step 5: Set Action to Extract Data from Text ②
Next, click the second "Extract Data Using Regular Expressions".

1. Set Operation Conditions
・Similar to the previous action, but this time convert the end time.
・For the extraction target, select "End Time of Appointment" from TimeRex's output.
・The extraction location specified by regular expression is fine as it is.
・Once entered, execute the test and save it.

Step 6: Set Google Calendar Action
Finally, the last item.
Click "Create Appointment" to proceed with the setup.

1. Select Linked Account and Action
・Enter if you want to change the title.
・Check the account information linked with Google Calendar and click "Next".

2. API Connection Settings
・Select and enter the required items from the output.
・For the start and end dates of the appointment, enter the "Converted Value" obtained from the date/time conversion.

・For the start and end times of the appointment, select the "Extracted Value" obtained from the data extraction using regular expressions.

・For the description of the appointment, it is easy to understand if you enter it while selecting the output as shown in the attached image.

Once done, test and save it.
Click save, and when a message appears saying all settings are complete, click "Turn on Trigger".

Now the flowbot is complete!
