Automating accounting tasks can bring significant benefits to companies. Managing monthly invoice data and payment management, in particular, can be burdensome and increase the risk of human error. However, by utilizing automation to register invoice data in Google Sheets when an invoice is registered in TOKIUM, such risks can be reduced. This can help prevent missed payments and improve the accuracy of operations. Recommended for: - Accounting personnel who want to efficiently manage invoices - Those who want to reduce the burden of manual input by linking TOKIUM with Google Sheets - Those who want to smoothly share invoice data between departments Benefits and Examples of Linking TOKIUM with Google Sheets Benefit 1: Reduce Human Error Manually managing payment schedules after receiving invoices from several business partners each month can be a significant burden. For example, by utilizing automation to add data to Google Sheets when an invoice is registered in TOKIUM, input errors and omissions can be prevented. This can prevent missed payments and double entries, improving the accuracy of operations. As a result, correction work can be omitted, reducing the burden of end-of-month processing. Benefit 2: Visualize Invoice Data Automation that reflects invoices registered in TOKIUM in Google Sheets can be a great help to managers and accounting personnel. For example, in small and medium-sized enterprises where monthly cash flow is important, visualizing payment deadlines may make it easier to adjust payment plans. Especially in cases of sudden expenses, being able to check the latest data can help prevent cash shortages. Benefit 3: Easier Sharing Between Departments Automatically sharing invoice information in Google Sheets allows departments other than accounting to check the latest information. For example, sales personnel can check transaction data, and accounting personnel can check invoice payment deadlines. This can strengthen internal communication and make sharing between departments easier. It is particularly effective in multi-location operations and remote work environments.
