1. This is a flow where a notification is automatically sent to Google Chat when an invoice is registered with TOKIUM.
Receiving notifications for invoice registrations ensures you won't miss anything.
You can check the invoice data on Google Chat, so there's no need to open TOKIUM specifically.
2. This is a flow where invoice files are automatically uploaded to Google Drive once they are registered in TOKIUM.
By saving invoice files to Google Drive, you can reduce the risk of document loss.
It eliminates the need to manually upload invoice files, thereby reducing the burden.
3. This is a flow to automatically add employee information to TOKIUM once it is registered in kintone.
It is recommended for those who register employee data on kintone.
It reduces the input effort by automatically synchronizing employee data.
By automating the invoice registration process that was previously done manually, you can prevent input errors and payment delays.
This eliminates the need for correction work and allows you to maintain up-to-date data at all times.
Additionally, sharing invoice information on Google Sheets may strengthen inter-departmental collaboration.
This automation is especially recommended for those conducting business across multiple locations or working remotely.
Let's free ourselves from the hassle of invoice registration by utilizing Yoom, which anyone can easily use.
