Step 1: Register Wix and Chatwork as My Apps

Let's register Wix and Chatwork as My Apps to connect them to Yoom.
Completing the My Apps registration first will allow you to proceed with the automation settings smoothly.

First, register Wix as My App.
Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen.
Search for Wix from "Search by App Name" or find it from the app list.

When the following screen is displayed, check the explanation.
Check your API key and account ID from here.

Scroll down and set the required fields.

Next, register Chatwork as My App.
Select Chatwork in the same way as before.
When the following screen is displayed, log in to Chatwork.

Step 2: Open the Template

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

Read the following screen display and click "OK".

When the following screen is displayed, check the "Title" and "Description".
If changes are needed, click the relevant section to make changes.
Start with Wix settings by clicking "When you receive an inbox message".

Step 3: Set Triggers and Actions

When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

  • "Title" → Can be changed freely
  • "Account information linked with Wix" → Verify the account is correct
  • "Trigger Action" → When you receive an inbox message

When the following screen is displayed, click inside the red frame and copy the Webhook URL.
Refer to the notes and set it in the Wix management screen.
After completing the setup, send a Webhook event or execute the trigger event, then click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Next, to set up Chatwork, click "Send Message".
When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

  • "Title" → Can be changed freely
  • "Account information linked with Chatwork" → Verify the account is correct
  • "Action" → Send Message

When the following screen is displayed, check the notes.

When the following screen is displayed, set the "Room ID".

Scroll down to set the "Message Content".
Use the Wix output to set it as follows.
As an example, it was set as follows.
Set the Wix content you want to check in Chatwork as desired.
Click the arrow inside the red frame to use the Wix output.
After completing the setup, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Step 4: Verify the Automation of Wix and Chatwork

Finally, click "Turn ON Trigger" to complete the automation setup.
