How to integrate Wix with Chatwork to receive notifications in Chatwork when a form is submitted on Wix

m.i

For companies and teams using forms on Wix, speedy information sharing is crucial. However, when sharing manually, the more responses you receive, the more cumbersome it becomes. By integrating Wix with Chatwork, you can receive real-time notifications on Chatwork about the content of forms submitted on Wix. This article will explain in detail the benefits of integrating Wix with Chatwork and the specific methods of integration. This automation is expected to improve work efficiency and enhance team productivity more than ever before. The explanation includes images, so please read to the end. Benefits of Integrating Wix with Chatwork Benefit 1: Workflow Efficiency and Productivity Improvement When manually transcribing, there was a risk of human errors such as input mistakes or omissions. However, with automatic notifications from Wix to Chatwork, manual data entry is no longer necessary. This reduces the workload, allowing team members to focus on more important tasks. Especially when forms are frequently submitted, the accumulated effort can become a factor that decreases productivity. By reducing unnecessary tasks through such automation, overall team productivity improves, allowing more time for other projects and tasks. Benefit 2: Improved Information Accuracy By integrating Wix and Chatwork, information obtained from the response form is automatically notified to Chatwork, reducing the risk of errors or omissions due to manual input. Even when multiple people share information, accurate information consistently arrives in real-time, enhancing data reliability. Additionally, by automating the flow, operations can proceed smoothly even if the person in charge changes. As a result, accurate information is shared smoothly, improving the precision of customer service and project progress, and realizing optimal business processes. How to Create a Wix and Chatwork Integration Flow So far, we have introduced the benefits of integrating Wix with Chatwork. Let's quickly proceed with the integration using the app Yoom! Once you have completed the registration of your app, you will create a flow bot to "Notify Chatwork when a form is submitted on Wix." [What is Yoom]

This time, the steps are as follows.
Let's set it up together!

  • Integrate Wix and Chatwork with My Apps.
  • Copy the template "Notify Chatwork when a form is submitted on Wix".
  • Trigger: Set "Form is submitted" on Wix.
  • Set "Send a message" on Chatwork.
  • Turn on the trigger to complete.

Step 1: My Apps Integration

Integrating My Apps first will make the subsequent settings smoother.
First, let's integrate the Wix and Yoom you are using.
Select My Apps → New Connection from the left side of the Yoom page.

Search for Wix.
Please configure the displayed items.
The access token (API key) can be checked here.

Next, integrate Chatwork.
Log in with your email address and password.
Integration is complete when Wix and Chatwork are displayed in My Apps.

Step 2: Set Triggers and Actions

This time we will use this template.
Open the template page and click 'Try this template'.
If you are using Yoom, please log in, or if you are new, please register as a member.
Once completed, the template is automatically copied to your workspace.
The template name can be changed as needed.
Click My Projects on the left to display the template you just copied.
Click the ellipsis (...) on the right and select Edit.

Other Automation Examples Using Wix and Chatwork

Yoom also offers templates using Wix and Chatwork, so let me introduce a few!

1.Automatically send a reply email from Outlook when a form is submitted on Wix flow.
You've probably received confirmation emails for inquiries at least once, right?
With this flow, you can automate sending such emails.

2.This is a flow to add submissions from a Wix form to a Google Spreadsheet.
By using this automation, you can automatically accumulate the contents submitted through the form.
It also makes it easier to analyze which types of inquiries are more frequent.

3.This flow adds responses from the form to Microsoft Excel, sends a notification to Chatwork, and sends a thank-you email.
You can also automatically send a thank-you email to the email address obtained from the form.
Furthermore, the responses from the form can be accumulated in Microsoft Excel, and a notification can be automatically sent to Chatwork when an application is received.
This prevents any omissions in transcribing responses and delays caused by manual notifications.

I have experienced finance-related work for about 3 years since I graduated as a new graduate. Due to the industry, there are so many tasks that are done manually, and I came across Yoom when I thought that if automated, I could do more other work. I'm impressed every day by the convenience of Yoom while writing a blog. I try to make the structure easy to understand.
