How to integrate Wix with Google Chat to notify Google Chat of incoming messages from Wix

k.hieda

Wix, used by many companies, is attractive for its convenience in easily creating websites. Through Wix, you can receive messages from customers, who expect a quick response. However, if notifications do not reach the person in charge in real-time, responses may be delayed, potentially affecting customer satisfaction. To solve this issue, we have developed a flow bot that enables no-code integration between Wix and Google Chat. By utilizing this flow, notifications are sent to Google Chat as soon as messages are received on Wix, without the need for programming. Let's explore the specific benefits and setup methods in the next chapter.

Two Benefits of Automating Notifications from Wix to Google Chat

Here are the benefits for administrators and customer support representatives.

Benefit 1: Achieve Quick Customer Response with Real-Time Notifications

If you are using Wix and have had to manually share inbox messages to Google Chat, it can be cumbersome and lead to sharing delays. This integration allows customer messages received on Wix to be notified in real-time on Google Chat, resolving such issues and enabling quick responses.
Especially for customer support representatives, this notification helps them not miss important inquiries and respond immediately, which is a significant advantage. Being able to respond to customers in real-time can also easily lead to improved customer satisfaction.

Benefit 2: Streamline Notification Aggregation and Inquiry Management

By aggregating notifications to Google Chat, it becomes easier to manage inquiry content in one place. Additionally, seamless integration with Google Workspace allows for immediate reference to files and documents as needed, facilitating smooth information verification. Furthermore, by leveraging Google Chat's bot and automation features, organizing and reminding of inquiry content is automated, helping to prevent omissions. As a result, project managers can easily grasp the inquiry status and establish an efficient management system.

From here, we will explain how to set up the automation of "notifying Google Chat when a message is received on Wix" using Yoom's flow bot template.
