How to integrate Wix with LINE WORKS to automatically notify LINE WORKS when a message is received on Wix

2. Open the template
3. Set triggers and actions
4. Verify the automation between Wix and LINE WORKS

Step 1: Register Wix and LINE WORKS as My Apps

Please register Wix and LINE WORKS as My Apps to connect them to Yoom.
By registering as My Apps first, automation settings become easier.

Let's register Wix as My App first.
Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen.
Find Wix from the app list or search by "App Name".

The following screen will be displayed, so please check the explanation.
You can confirm the API key and account ID here.

Scroll down and set the following required items.

Next, move on to the My App registration for LINE WORKS.
Refer to the Yoom Help Page for instructions and register.

Once both My App registrations are complete, Wix and LINE WORKS will be displayed.

Step 2: Open the Template

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

Check the display below and click "OK".

The following screen will be displayed, so please check the "Title" and "Description".
If you want to make changes, do so on the following page.
First, go to the Wix settings and click "When you receive an inbox message".

Step 3: Set Triggers and Actions

When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

• "Title" → Change if necessary
• "Account information linked with Wix" → Check if the account is correct
• "Trigger Action" → When you receive an inbox message

When the following screen is displayed, click the red frame and copy the Webhook URL.
Read the precautions and set it in the Wix management screen.
Once set, send a Webhook event or execute the trigger event, and click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Next, set up LINE WORKS by clicking "Send a message to the talk room".
When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

• "Title" → Change if necessary
• "Account information linked with LINE WORKS (API2.0)" → Check if the account is correct
• "Action" → Send a message to the talk room
  

Check the following precautions.
The bot ID can be obtained by creating a bot here or by adding a bot from the management screen.

When the following screen is displayed, check the description and set it up.

Scroll down and use the Wix output to set the "Message Content".
By using the Wix output, you can check the message in LINE WORKS.
Click the arrow in the red frame to display the Wix output.
The following is set as an example, so set it as desired.
Once the setup is complete, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Step 4: Verify the Automation between Wix and LINE WORKS

Finally, click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the automation setup.
Check if the flow bot is operating normally.
