Now, let's get started together!

Step 1: Integrate Wrike and LINE WORKS with My Apps

(1) After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left column and click "+ New Connection".

(2) From the list of new connections in My Apps, click on Wrike.
(3) Log in with your account from the Wrike login screen.

(4) Next, integrate LINE WORKS. Similarly, click on LINE WORKS from the list of new connections in Yoom.
(5) The LINE WORKS new registration screen will appear, enter the Client ID, Client Secret, and Scope, and click "Add".

Once the integration is complete, Wrike and LINE WORKS will be registered in Yoom's My Apps.

This completes the My Apps registration.
Next, let's set up triggers using templates!

Step 2: Set Up When a Task is Created in Integration with Wrike

(1) We will use the template introduced earlier. Click "Try It" on the banner below to copy it.

Click on "When a task is created" in the app trigger.

(2) From the "Select Integration Account and Action" screen in Wrike, check that there are no errors in the account information linked with Wrike, keep the trigger action as "When a task is created," and click "Next."

(3) From the "API Connection Settings for App Trigger" screen, select the trigger activation interval.
Select the trigger activation interval from the dropdown menu with options of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
※ Please note that the shortest trigger activation interval varies depending on the plan.

Once the selection is complete, click "Test" at the bottom, and if no errors occur, click "Save."

Step 3: Set up notifications by integrating with LINE WORKS

(1) Next, set up notifications by integrating with LINE WORKS.
Click on "Notify LINE WORKS."

(2) From the "Select Integration Account and Action" screen in LINE WORKS, check that there are no errors in the account information linked with Chatwork, keep the action as "Send a message," and click "Next."

(3) From the "API Connection Settings" screen, check the red frame and enter the Bot ID and Talk Room ID.
Log in and configure the Bot ID from the following site.

Proceed downwards, and the content entered in the message will be notified to LINE WORKS.

Once the input is complete, click "Test," and if no errors occur, click "Save" at the bottom.
(4) Finally, click "Turn on Trigger."

This completes the flow bot for "Notify LINE WORKS when a task is registered in Wrike."
