Manual notifications carry the risk of message omissions.
If such human errors occur and information is not shared with stakeholders, it can hinder business progress.
By integrating tools, you can prevent notification omissions and ensure messages are sent reliably.
For instance, if an urgent task arises after approval, you might postpone and forget the notification task.
With automation, you can ensure messages are sent even in such situations, reducing notification omissions.

Benefit 3: Real-time Approval Notifications

Manually notifying approvals in X-point Cloud can result in time lags.
Such time lags can delay subsequent tasks.
By integrating the two tools, you can notify Google Chat of approvals in real-time, enabling quick response to post-approval tasks.
For urgent applications, manual notification can result in time loss during message creation and sending.
However, with automation, you can respond to tasks in the shortest time possible after approval.
