- Those who want to share meeting purposes and key points to ensure smooth proceedings.
Benefits and Examples of Integrating Zoom and LINE WORKS
Benefit 1: Streamlining Task Management
By notifying LINE WORKS of Zoom meeting information, schedule management becomes smoother. Even when multiple meetings overlap, participants receive notifications in advance, reducing the risk of forgetting schedules. Additionally, by integrating with LINE WORKS' chat and task functions, you can easily plan the next steps based on meeting content. This helps prevent task omissions and delays, contributing to more efficient project progress.
For example, by sharing and managing issues with LINE WORKS' task management function after meetings, the next actions become clear, helping prevent task omissions and delays.
Benefit 2: Strengthening Team Collaboration in Remote Work Environments
In remote work, information sharing tends to be delayed, but by notifying LINE WORKS of meeting information, the latest content is shared in real-time with the entire team. This eliminates information gaps among members, allowing everyone to act on the same standards. Especially when sudden schedule changes or additional meetings occur, this system supports quick responses.
For example, if a sudden meeting change occurs, LINE WORKS notifications allow all members to quickly grasp the information, enabling swift responses even in remote work environments.
Benefit 3: Smoothing Meeting Proceedings
By sharing meeting information in advance with LINE WORKS, all participants can check the necessary information at a glance. Notifications can also include the meeting's purpose and key points. This enhances the sense of purpose for the meeting and ensures a smooth progression without waste. As a result, discussions become more constructive, and the meeting duration can be expected to shorten.
For example, by sharing the meeting's purpose and key points in advance, participants can prepare and engage in discussions efficiently, potentially shortening meeting times.

1. Read LINE WORKS Notifications and Create a Meeting on Zoom
You can create Zoom meetings using the LINE WORKS you use regularly, which eliminates the need to manually access Zoom each time to create a meeting.
2. After a Zoom meeting ends, transcribe and summarize the minutes, and notify LINE WORKS
This is a must-see for those who create meeting minutes. By implementing this, after a Zoom meeting ends, AI will automatically transcribe and summarize the meeting content and notify LINE WORKS. This frees meeting participants from the hassle of creating minutes, allowing them to focus on reviewing the meeting content and their next tasks, thereby improving work efficiency.
3. Save Zoom Meeting Transcription Data to Notion After the Meeting Ends
By using this template, you can reduce manual work, streamline information sharing and searching, and thus expect an increase in productivity.

Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
